On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. You will be 20 minutes from the historic center of Tours, 10 minutes from Amboise and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The 125 m2 cottage sleeps 8. The Cave of Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Welcome to the Grotte du Moulin! This natural loft is embedded in a limestone mound and will surprise you with its irregularity. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can be used as a small bed.
