Ideally located between Beauval and Chenonceau on more than 2 hectares, we offer our comfortable cottage for 4 people adjoining our home. It consists of: a kitchen open to the living room with sofa bed 2 beds, flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave. A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a bedroom with 160 bed. (possibility of baby bed). Pretty terrace at your disposal. Check-in 5:00 p.m. check-out before 10:00 a.m.

It includes the living room, water view with a sofa bed, a wood stove, a sink with drinking water and cold only, a gas stove, a shower (pressure shower system), a dry toilet, a mezzanine with a 160 bed.

This former 17th century barn, completely renovated in style, is located in a country setting, located just a 12-minute drive from the city center of Tours. Its access is independent of the owners' adjoining house. WITHOUT A KITCHEN, you will find the necessary comfort and can enjoy private parking, a relaxing garden area not overlooked and inside a fiber wifi connection. The studio, south facing, has private access which is at the edge of the towpath, which is part of the very long European "Transibérique" bike path. The Loire runs along the canal: located between the two, the seawall takes you to the center of Orleans 6 km away.
