Hotel holiday rentals in Loir

This is a gem. Amboise itself is a quaint and beautiful town, and Guillaume and Julia’s place is nestled right in the middle of it. A several minute walk from shops, the local chateau, and many restaurants. Although we were a stones throw to the center of the action, it was very quiet and private. Breakfast is a must. It consisted of fresh bread and croissants, meats, cheeses, fruits and nuts, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs in a darling sitting room in the main house. Lovely. Merci, Guillaume and Julia— we will be back!!

The accommodation has been open for rent since July 2024, everything is new, tastefully decorated. It is perfect for 2 people. The villages of Candes and Montsorreau are beautiful. Supermarkets are a little far away 15 km away. lots of sightseeing nearby.

Went as a couple and booked the place as a pmace to stay during our 3 day hike. The spa including the pool, hammam and the sauna were especially rewarding and helped us relax. We really appreciated how calm it was, the surroundings were beautiful and the bed was very comfortable! We tried the restaurant as well and the food was delicious. The place is a perfect place to stay at if you want to visit the surrounding castles.

This stay was an exceptional experience. Stephane was a great host who should be very proud how he has renovated the property. We would stay there again or use it for a special event,

We loved our stay in Anne’s chateau, beautiful building and in keeping furnishings, Anne greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome and was a lovely host. A comfortable and spacious room, with great views of the grounds, the garden and surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. Thank you

We had a very pleasant evening with my son at Sylvie and Alain's who always welcome us as well. We were unable to enjoy the outdoor jaccuzi because the weather didn't allow it but we were able to dine in the beautiful beautifully maintained garden. Beautiful game room. Very good breakfast with homemade jams. Thank you for the welcome and discussion. Looking forward to coming back.

Great stay at Margaux's, we were a group of 15 friends. The space was clean, spacious, comfortable, and friendly. Equipped with everything you needed. Good communication with Margaux who was available if needed to answer our questions. Even though the owners have their home in the same courtyard, we had our privacy and independence completely. The accommodation is well located for visiting the area! We were able to adjust our checkout time for an additional cost. Recommended

This was like staying in an oasis! Beautiful property and gardens, comfortable rooms, and great shared facilities. Location was perfect for being secluded but still close to sights in Loire. We loved renting bikes for a day and then using the sauna and spa. Helpful staff who give you privacy but are there to help should you need anything. Really great breakfast! We liked it here so much that we came back a few days later at the end of our road trip.

A wonderful chateau in a beautiful part of France. Veronique, our host, was so friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Chateaus, bike rides and walks on the Loire! We had a lovely holiday.

The room is located in an 11th century building that the owner completely refurbished 3 years ago. Lovers of old stones, you are in the right place! The kitchen common to the different bedrooms as well as the garden give a breathtaking view of the Loir. It gives this place a lot of charm. The owners are very welcoming.

Short short stay at Antoinette's. Very beautiful house retouched with taste. The floor is for guests only, we are independent. Ability to cook as needed, Antoinette knows how to make guests feel at ease. I would highly recommend, I was going back with great pleasure.

I was looking for a simple, convenient accommodation close to Le Mans. I figured it out more than that. A rich human encounter, a quiet period since I was alone, I felt at home with all the positive energy that this place and its host conveyed. An address to remember that I would love to come back to. What about this time spent at [k]ampus? Perfect! Perfect location: a haven of peace , however close to major roads and Vendôme. A perfect house: for families , couples or friends , a beautiful place where the heathered decor on the left to the right simply creates a harmony where you just feel good. Perfect hosts: from those who reconcile you with a lot of airbnb that has become impersonal and cold , there it's all in sharing , everything is done with the heart , from breakfast to conversations! In short, go with your eyes closed!

Agnes was lovely, as was her home overlooking the Loire river. It is historic and well worth a visit!
