Ce chalet se situe à 10min du Zoo de la Flèche et à 30 min du circuit des 24h du Mans. Ce logement à une capacité totale de 5 personnes avec un étage. Il est équipé d'une cuisine aménagée , d'un salon avec un canapé trois places, de deux poufs et d'un écran plat connecté de 55 pouces, une salle de douche et un WC indépendant. A l’étage, les pièces desservies sont deux chambres équipées d'un lit de 140*200 chacune, et d'un coin nuit aménagé d'un lit de 80*200 .
