→ Just come and put your suitcases in a very nice furnished apartment with neat and quality Scandinavian decoration. → On the ground floor, you will find a living room including the living room equipped with a 109 cm flat screen TV, a comfortable sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with its dining area. → Upstairs, the bedroom area has a double bed (140 x 190/27 cm thick for your comfort) and a dressing room. Direct access with the bathroom including a beautiful walk-in shower.

This accommodation, next to our home, is equipped for a family with young children. It is close to shops and the leisure center (20 m from the beach). The house is located by the Tuffé lake (fishing, supervised swimming in July and August, as well as authorized navigation). Tuffé is located in the heart of the Perche Sarthois, 35 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary 24-hour circuit, 1 hour from La Flèche and its media zoo. The nearest highway exit is 5 minutes away.

Our cottage is located at the bottom of our garden. This completely independent annex (with private access) of our home is ideally designed to accommodate friends and travelers. You will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay in this quiet area on the banks of the Cher, a 5-minute walk to the city center, in the heart of the Loire Valley castles, on the Saint Jacques de Compostela route, close to Tours and close to the exhibition park (Grand Hall).

5 km from DREUX city center, 35 km from CHARTRES, in a quiet environment, on a shaded garden overlooking the Eure ,a pretty country house offers 2 bedrooms with equipped kitchen and 25 m² terrace in progress for summer kitchen. 1.2 km from the accommodation, the 110 ha Mezieres Ecluzelles body of water offers many activities. Access to the Eure River via the garden or bike street, 3 adult canoeing or individual kayaking can be borrowed

Atypical house right on the water

In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the heart of a horseback riding stable. Other than the horses, you can admire the 2 bodies of water (a boat is available) and listen to the frogs singing. As the sun sets, enjoy the barbecue at your disposal and settle down at the picnic table by the water. If you dream of a countryside getaway not far from Alençon (15 min drive), this place should satisfy you.

Waterfront Studio 3 ⭐⭐⭐

For work or relaxation, everything is designed so you can have a good time. No need to bring your personal linen, we have thought of everything. You will have towels, sheets, tea towels... We may also need to lend you some equipment that you may be missing and that you may need (subject to conditions). There is a Dolce Gusto (capsule) for tea or coffee. A laundromat is a few meters from the accommodation.

Exceptionally renovated barn

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Old barn completely renovated and bathed in light. Double east-west exposure. 4 m x 4 m bay window overlooking an inner courtyard. Part of an exceptional set: 15th century farm-mill on the banks of the Loir with bridges, islands and weirs. You can book 4 to 6 double rooms, sleeping up to 12 people.
