Beautiful cottage with heated indoor pool

In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

You will enjoy a hilly area, a fishing pond, a 1st category stream for trout, a park with aviaries and exotic birds. Inside the pod, a kitchenette, a bedroom area, and a bathroom with toilet. All fully equipped for 2 people. No visitors allowed. For people who would like to bring a child under 2 years old ( classified baby at Airbnb) there is no space for an umbrella bed this is not possible
