Old family house located in the heart of Loix, decorated by us, with comfort and equipment suitable for a pleasant stay, in the unique atmosphere of a pretty village, very popular with families for its authentic and quiet side, far from major roads. Please note: 7 nights rental minimum, from Saturday to Saturday only. Self check-in. Please do not send checkout requests outside of Saturday, we cannot postpone checkouts.

Charming house in Loix, Île de Ré (2 bedrooms)

In the charming village of Loix, we rent our outbuilding of 75m2 with 2 bedrooms, terrace and garden facing south. The land is common to our house but the buildings are far enough away and the small house is completely independent. The place is a haven of peace and is close to small uncrowded beaches, the Fier d 'Ars and one of the wildest parts of the island, while remaining accessible and close to the village center...

La Petite Cabine is waiting for you!

The small cabin is ideally located to rest at the bottom of a very quiet cul-de-sac in the Grenettes district even in the middle of summer. Just 150 meters from the coast you can enjoy the sea for shore fishing, swimming, surfing, beautiful sunsets. We don't have private parking but free spaces are just across from your rental even in the heart of summer. Linens not provided - rental possible Pets not allowed

House in Loix

It's a very nice house. It is dual-aspect and the garden is present in every room. The large kitchen overlooks a small garden and its olive tree, the living room overlooks another garden and its wooden terrace. The bedroom, very quiet, overlooks the terrace. A 2nd bedroom in the garden, independent, and with a sink, can accommodate 2 people, with an extra charge of €10 per person per day.

Comfortable little house in the old village

Our small house is located in the old village, in a quiet area, close to bike paths, the center and shops, large beaches to the south and salt marshes to the north. It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.

The house is located in a very quiet area, a few steps from the ocean. (500 m) It faces south, south-west, with an unoverlooked terrace, the garden overlooks the vineyard. Parking is free and bike paths are nearby. Ideal for 4 people, I can accommodate 5 people, with either an extra baby bed (baby bed) or an extra bed in the living room. Departure cleaning is included in the price.

You will appreciate this small house for the comfort, the exceptional view of the ocean, and will enjoy its small wooded garden, calm and serenity. My place is close to the listed site of Abbaye des Châteliers, 1.5 km from the center of the village of La Fleet and is ideal for couples or small families looking for rest.
