Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Loíza

Kia was responsive and helpful even when we arrived rather late at night. The property was clean and cozy. The neighborhood looked a little rough, but everybody we met was friendly and and we felt safe when out walking around. I would stay here again if we return to San Juan.

Erick was a great host! The apartment was amazing! Very clean and peaceful with beautiful ocean views. Definitely staying again when on Rio Grande area!

great place to stay! very clean and safe area. kia was very helpful and kind, overall a great host! the room closest to the front door can get a bit noisy if there’s other people right outside but it didn’t bother us much. overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

I barely leave reviews but Vanessa's place was and is amazing...my wife love the place so much that she wants to buy it...Vanessa was so helpful and always asking if we needed anything...this is the spot to stay if you want to have a nice place and so many places to shop around

I was there for about a week and it was magical, Reuben is literally the best, & very accommodating. I arrived hours early and he allowed me to check-in and recommended a lot of local things to do & at check out he even let me keep my bags inside to keep exploring old San Juan until it was time for my flight. Very clean apartment located in a beautiful, peaceful & quiet area but also close-by to everything (beaches, nightlife, restaurants etc.) I will definitely stay there again when I’m back on the island, thank you so much for everything! 10/10!!

My trip to PR was short but jam packed with activities, and this place was a good place to stay after a long day of exploring. Super calm and quiet area. Comfy and comfy apartment. I enjoyed my stay.

This place was exactly what we needed for our 9 day trip. Everything was clean inside and out. She responded quickly when we arrived to check in. I would highly recommend anyone to stay. I'll be visiting again and would hope to find this place available once again.

What can I say! Everything about this house was amazing!!! We had a bad experience with another house and decided to cancel and relocate houses. Alex responded quickly to the request and even allowed an early check-in!! The house is beautiful and has a great set up!! When vacationing with small kids clothes accumulates fast and thankfully there was a washer and dryer! Location to the beach and kioskos was super close, as well as to El Yunque!! Great house, great host!! 10 out of 10 for sure

The stay was easy from start to finish. The host was available & responsive to all communication. The smart home features were a convenient surprise. I would stay as this home again.

We stayed for the second time and we loved how accessible Juan was at the time of communicating with him. The place is quiet and everything is very comfortable. Thank you Juan and the Neighbor who was always very attentive to us!!

We had a great stay! The host is friendly and responsive. It's nice having AC in each room. The pool is only about 3.5 feet deep, but enough for kids and cooling off. The only issue, as others have mentioned too, is that the ad says that there should be hot water, but there was no hot water. Even so, we would stay again and definitely recommend this home!

Gil’s casita was so beautiful, clean and cozy. As a host Gil was very attentive and fast in responding to any questions I may have. His home was extremely clean, organized up to date and cozy. I was very satisfied with his home and his service. He accommodated my reservation on a last minute basis, since my other Airbnb didn’t work out. He responded quickly and gave me the peace of mind that I needed after things not working out with another host. I’m so thankful for his quick response and accommodation. I will definitely book with him again in the future.

We loved the experience at Giuseppe’s place; definitely what we were looking for. He was very responsive, great communication and clean place. The view, breathtaking! Definitely coming back again!

This place was exactly how it was described. Beautiful Place!!! So spacious….the loft area was great for a teenager. The rooftop was peaceful and private! Loved everything about this place!!!

Amazing place to stay, centrally located near everything you will need. 24 hour security, loundry room, pool closes at 10pm. I would recommend this for a couple, single person or max 3 people.

It was an excellent place to stay with the family and kids! Hope to return again soon!!

We had the most wonderful family vacation staying here! Bri’s place is beautiful, perfectly appointed for our needs, and eating breakfast on a patio looking out on the rain forest cannot be beat. Rio Mar is well located for easily checking out San Juan, hiking the rain forest, accessing supermarkets and great restaurants, and the all time highlight of being close to so many spectacular beaches. On top of all of this, the Rio Mar resort is beautiful. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, and using a golf cart to access this massive resort. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed our stay at Damary’s place, especially the beachfront view every morning!! The beach in front of the apartment is a surf beach, so it is not crowded, it was the perfect spot to relax! We had some issues at check-in, but Damary’s made sure we were taken care of, we appreciated her quick response! Overall it was an amazing stay and we wish we could have stayed a few days longer!
