Holiday rentals with a patio in London Borough of Barking and Dagenham

Just a short walk from two very connected underground stations, the apartment was easy to find and, as the photos show, wonderfully and tastefully decorated. Two things I often find that let places down are the shower and the bed - Chris’ apartment had both a fantastic shower and a super comfortable bed. We also managed to take some great photos on the home too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stylish stay within close proximity to the main attractions London has to offer.

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

Amazing stay right next to Wembley stadium! Needed somewhere close by to watch the Championship Play Off final! Walking distance from lots of food spots, Wembley outlet shops & more

I had an exceptional stay at London Haven with CJ host and am delighted to give it a full 5‑star rating! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was impeccably clean, comfortably furnished, and thoughtfully designed with families in mind. Security was clearly a priority: the neighborhood felt safe, the home was protected, and the host provided clear instructions and 24/7 contact information. We never worried about our belongings or our little ones’ safety, which made our vacation stress‑free. On top of all that, the free on-site parking was incredibly convenient and gave us one less thing to worry about. No hunting for spots or paying extra fees—just park and enjoy. Overall, this Airbnb delivered on every promise—spacious, cozy, family‑friendly, secure, and with the bonus of free parking. Our kids are already asking when we can return! My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and we had no complaints at all. The house was clean, easy to find and is in a great location. We met the hosts at checkin and they were very friendly! Would highly recommend this place!

Our family of 7 stayed here for one night while we visited the Warner Brothers tour. The house was staged perfectly to get families excited for Harry Potter. The house was full of Harry Potter decor, linens, costumes, knick knacks, and games. We all loved it. the backyard had a great space for hanging out as well. The parking space in the backyard is greatly appreciated. We were able to fit our Mercedes v series 300D in it and that was such a relief to not have to find street parking.

We had such a great stay at Alex’s place. It felt super cosy and welcoming from the moment we walked in, the perfect place to relax after a day in the city. The area is quiet, but the tube is really close, so getting into central London was super easy. Alex was great, always quick to reply and really friendly. We’d definitely love to come back!

They are always there to help out would 1000% recommend staying at their property they are great hosts. Also the property is amazing in pictures and in real life will be back again soon.

Everything we needed, 20 minutes on the bus to the O2 which was one of the main reasons for our visit. Located on a very peaceful street, 5 minutes walk to bus stop. House well equipped and comfortable. Perfect, thank you.

What a beautiful home. Felt relaxed as soon as we popped the cases down and popped the kettle on. Two very comfortable sized and comfy bedrooms and a bright, clean and sizable bathroom. The main living area was as seen in the photos, loved the array of books and record player was just an added bonus. Kitchen area had all you need for cooking, so don't worry about bringing anything. Abigail was such an attentive host, checking in to make sure we were not in need of anything. Thank you for making our stay in London more enjoyable. Would recommend without reservation!

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Anthony was one of the best Hosts I have ever had! One of the most thoughtful and comprehensive neighborhood guides, spotless apartment with clear directions, impeccable service with key drop off at our hotel, and so responsive and flexible. The space was gorgeous and in the perfect area. 10/10

The apartment was in a great location with a bus stop close by on the main road but the apartment was far enough away from the main road to be surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The gated car parking space was a real bonus. Everything needed was supplied and the furniture and fittings were of a good quality. Saba was super helpful before and during our stay and always responded promptly. If you dont want go go into London nearby highlights are Lloyd Park and the lovely Walthamstow Wetlands. A great place to stay if you are happy with a little journey on public transport into London. We would stay again.

Excellent apartment for a London visit. Everything was neat, tidy and well organized. Close to a tube stop, making it convenient to get everywhere - AND - on the line that goes to Heathrow! Thanks for a great stay.
