We loved our stay. Tina's beautiful home was a perfect base for our trip to London. Tina was responsive and helpful, and we had all the information we needed. The house was large enough that we all had our own space, and was nice and clean. We would happily stay again!

Patrick has a beautiful house and it was lovely to stay there over the Easter weekend. Almost like our own boutique hotel! So quiet ,while being close to transport links and Walthamstow Village etc very close by. It was very relaxing and the way the house is appointed made it a lovely stay. His house guides were excellent and the kitchen and bathroom were very well appointed.

It was such a lovely home with so much to offer. Our hosts were beyond amazing!!! Such an amazing find. They paid so much attention to every little detail. Staying here was a vacation in and of itself. Local restaurants and shops were wonderful and we always felt safe.

We booked the house just 2 days before our arrival, so everything was quite last minute but Claire was incredibly flexible, easy to communicate with and super fast with her replies! The house was lovely, exactly as per the photos, and perfect size for myself, my hubby and our 6 year old! The kitchen has everything we needed, the towels were lovely and fluffy, the bed was super comfy and the house was warm. Claire has all the things to make it a home from home without too much clutter… it was great to have some shower gel and washing powder so we didn’t have to bring/buy those things and wardrobes and drawers were empty so we could properly unpack. The area is great, short walk (up hill) to Highgate, with lots of lovely cafes and pubs and the nearby Highgate woods and playground for kids. Perfect stay, would absolutely stay again. We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

The stay at Sinead’s place was great, we felt at home in her home from the very first moment. Everything you need for an enjoyable holiday was there. We would love to come back anytime.

Samir's place was very spacious, modern apartment and a convenient place to stay to visit London. Samir communicated eith we is throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok with the accommodation. We came to London to visit family and it was lovely to stay somewhere that also allowed dogs. Excellent stay with very professional hosts. Location is good, close proximity to Tube station and various other transport links. Property was as described and very clean & fresh. Easy to follow instructions regarding the property. Would recommend.

My second time staying here. Lots of space, great backyard, comfortable bed, nice interior design. Pretty easy to get into the city.

Had a great stay in a wonderful flat in a delightful area! The nearby high street is charming, and there are two tube stations within walking distance, which is very handy. The flat was exceptionally clean, with a fantastic modern kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, and a very comfy bedroom, with all the amenities one could ask for. Both the hosts were responsive and helpful, and I would love to stay again!

Had a lovely stay at Caron’s house. Everything is exactly like in the pictures, the place was very clean, spacious and organised in good taste, had everything I needed. The living room was especially nice, and the garden that I did not get to spend too much time in. The neighbourhood is quiet, perfect for resting, but also close to the subway, bus and train station near Bounds Green (there’s a really nice brunch place right next to subway entry, called Hot Milk). Caron was very kind and helpful, we ran into each other just twice during my stay, very non-intrusive, but helped me when needed, with all that was necessary for a smooth check-in and stay or recommendations. She was very prompt when I had any questions of any sort. All in all, had a very pleasant time, Caron is a great host, would gladly come back and would recommend to anyone visiting London for a few days or more.

Alina's place is beautiful. This was my second stay and will always be the preferred place to stay for London visits. The flat is beautiful and feels good. Even though it's on a main street, it's on the second floor, and set back a bit (the rooftop is a fun place to sit in warm weather). So it feels peaceful. The kitchen looks out over more roof onto green, and is a wonderful place to work. It's very clean. The bed is very comfortable. I have back/neck injuries so finding such a perfect bed is rare. The kitchen is a nice place to cook, and there is a supermarket about 30 seconds walk :). Italian, Indian, Spanish and other restaurants right there. Finsbury Park station is a 10 minute walk. My 18 y/o daughter came on the previous trip and she's anxious to come back, which is saying something. All in all, wonderful place. Alina and her lovely friend are flexible and make it easy to get in and settled. Love it. :)

The apartment is exactly as described and looks like the pics. It's well-equipped and is excellent value for money. It's in a secure building and close to shops, restaurants etc. The terrace is lovely and super peaceful, so it really does feel like you're away from the bustle of city life.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

Sid’s place was great! The place was clean, equipped and very comfortable. Sid answered our questions quickly and the space is well located near the town centre. We indulged in fresh croissants daily for breakfast from Eat17 and enjoyed a few of the restaurants in the centre. We look forward to staying there again when we visit the next time.

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat is very large and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked and the neighborhood has so many wonderful stores (produce, fish, butcher, bakeries) which made cooking more fun. We love the location. A quiet neighborhood with no shortage of incredible restaurants and cafes, and easy to get to other parts of the city on the bus and the overground. We enjoyed walking around nearby Clissold Park. This place is a true gem!

Excellent apartment for a London visit. Everything was neat, tidy and well organized. Close to a tube stop, making it convenient to get everywhere - AND - on the line that goes to Heathrow! Thanks for a great stay.

What a lovely sanctuary - are we even in London? The park; the trees; the green; the quiet -what a gem of a place and to top it off the communication from Rose was superlative: a real home away from home. Gorgeous interiors, lots of light, lots of calm. The list of eateries and outeries is extremely comprehensive too! And great water pressure! Thank you for a fantastic stay.
