Holiday rentals with a patio in London Borough of Havering

We had a great stay. The flat is walking distance from Barking station that leads to Central London. Everything is provided ( dishes , cutlery, bath towels …) We highly recommend it !

Just a short walk from two very connected underground stations, the apartment was easy to find and, as the photos show, wonderfully and tastefully decorated. Two things I often find that let places down are the shower and the bed - Chris’ apartment had both a fantastic shower and a super comfortable bed. We also managed to take some great photos on the home too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stylish stay within close proximity to the main attractions London has to offer.

Very nice and very good house very clean my is enjoying just one problem no parking near very far parking out of area very expensive for 12her and all so I asked WiFi password they send me when we leave but rest of good

Absolutely amazing stay! Amazing views and amazing customer service. Anything we needed we got straight away, couldn’t recommend this place enough! Sainsbury’s/Argos right underneath us and parking too so had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again for sure. Thank you so much!

Staying at Richard’s home was a delight! The neighborhood was quiet and cute with a Sainbury’s Local just a 3 minute walk away. It was easy to catch the bus (2 minutes away) and a 20 minute walk to the tube. Richard was specific in his directions for getting in and out of the flat and his home is so beautiful and clean. I felt right at home. This is the perfect place for anyone who is comfortable riding public transit or has a car. Richard could not have been more accommodating or kind. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

Beautiful location with stunning garden - just perfect for the Mount Vineyard, golf course and local pubs in the village. It was the second time I had stayed at this property and would recommend without reservation. Brian was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The garden room also has secure off road parking

Our family of 7 stayed here for one night while we visited the Warner Brothers tour. The house was staged perfectly to get families excited for Harry Potter. The house was full of Harry Potter decor, linens, costumes, knick knacks, and games. We all loved it. the backyard had a great space for hanging out as well. The parking space in the backyard is greatly appreciated. We were able to fit our Mercedes v series 300D in it and that was such a relief to not have to find street parking.

We had such an incredible time at this house. We were all pleasantly surprised at how great the house was and all the amenities. I don’t think the advert does it justice. We were a big group of 21 with 11 little ones who were in HEAVEN. We got very lucky with the weather and spent the whole weekend in the glorious grounds. We brought our own paddling pool and it was perfect. The aspect of the house means you get stunning sunsets and the back terrace is a real sun trap - long evenings sunbathing until 7pm! The surrounding area is stunning and the local village is so beautiful!! Walking distance (even with a million young children) to the village shop and then on to the very well equipped play park. We only wish we could have stayed for a week, the kids never wanted to leave. Some very special memories made here! Rachel the host is on the end of the phone for any questions and was excellent at responding to our queries.

Linda is a great host. She responds to messages quickly and her home is clean, comfortable, welcoming and beautiful. The property is great. A home away from home. The property had equipment for babies and toddlers which meant I didn’t have to travel with lots of stuff. Linda checked we were happy and was available if we needed support. It came across that she really cared about our stay.

Beautiful home. As described, everything was clean and in working condition. Lauren was helpful and communicative once booking was confirmed. Was perfect for our family of 4. Lots of towels readily available, toilet was clean and hot water system was working well. WiFi was great, all appliance and furniture functional. Lauren was helpful enough to accommodate our check in and check out timings, this flexibility was greatly appreciated. Location is in Romford. 10min walk to station that with the Queen Elizabeth line, gets you into the London city in 30min. The Brewery (shopping centre) and Romford high street at the station is where you can get all your daily needs. Lots of restaurants there if you need a meal out. Thanks for hosting us!

So I always book the accommodation when me and our guys work away We have had some great places down here but when the told me( I was not here the first trip ) about Sat,s place I said okay Nothing but 5 star reviews Now as I book the accommodation I am taking their word! As I write this I am actually here and I can see why they love it Immaculate house Amazing out doors space Sat is an amazing host always keeps in touch Internally and externally this place is class!! When I write my next review I hope I can say more Where did you get the light fittings upstairs lol This place is faultless!! Regards Kevin

What a beautiful home. Felt relaxed as soon as we popped the cases down and popped the kettle on. Two very comfortable sized and comfy bedrooms and a bright, clean and sizable bathroom. The main living area was as seen in the photos, loved the array of books and record player was just an added bonus. Kitchen area had all you need for cooking, so don't worry about bringing anything. Abigail was such an attentive host, checking in to make sure we were not in need of anything. Thank you for making our stay in London more enjoyable. Would recommend without reservation!

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

Second time at Caroline's place. Fantastic apartment with everything you need, very thoughtfully laid out. Caroline is an exceptionally cool and kind person, highly recommended.

An amazing Airbnb that I will always choose whenever I’m in London! 🙂 Joshua is a fantastic host. All his instructions were very clear, and he was incredibly communicative throughout the stay. The location is super strategic, very close to the DLR station and bus stop. The accommodation itself is excellent, clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Everything was thoughtfully provided! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, air freshener, iron and ironing board, even a hairdryer! The kitchen was also very nice and fully functional, and the view from the balcony at night was absolutely beautiful. One of the most thoughtful touches was that Joshua placed a fan in each room 🥹⭐️ This helped so much during the summer heat. If you’re reading this review, don’t think twice , just book this place! David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

Anthony was one of the best Hosts I have ever had! One of the most thoughtful and comprehensive neighborhood guides, spotless apartment with clear directions, impeccable service with key drop off at our hotel, and so responsive and flexible. The space was gorgeous and in the perfect area. 10/10
