Dan was an absolutely fantastic host, making sure that everything was in check. He was super responsive and kind, even supplying us with some sweet treats! The most friendly host out there!!

It was a pleasure staying here. The elegant flat is in a quiet area, not too far from the tube. It is very convenient for a quick stay in London.

Small self contained place right near Leytonstone Tube station. Everything you need within walking distance. The apartment was clean, and it was good to have a private bathroom and small kitchen. The kitchen has a stove and microwave so ok for basic food prep. A toaster would have been appreciated and a few more kitchen utensils (scissors, corkscrew, larger fry pan). Host was very responsive, especially when wifi went down right before I had a work Zoom call. Would stay again, based on weekly stay discount.

It was a great flat in a great neighbourhood. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Wood st overground station is only a 5 min walk. So it is really convenient to get to the city centre. The flat was clean and very well furnished - it felt like home straight away :) The kitchen had everything you needed. Bed was really comfortable too and there was enough storage space in the wardrobe. Matthew is really friendly, helpful and easy to reach. 5 stars! I would definitely recommend this flat to anyone. And I would love to come back myself ;)

A very nice flat in a quiet area of Walthamstow. Right next to Lloyd Park and the William Morris Gallery. Around 15 mins up to Hoe St and Walthamstow Central. We were mainly visiting family who live nearby so it was very convenient for us. However it’s only a few stops into the heart of London on the Victoria Line so handy for London attractions too. Very nice to escape the bustle of London and come back to this quiet spot. The flat is comfortable with everything you need to be self sufficient. There are local shops and two cafes in Lloyd Park.

Was a wonderful stay! The flat looks exactly like the pictures and was spotless. Beautiful location with even better views. Chelsea was very accommodating and lovely to talk to as well as her partner. would 100% stay again x

We had a great time staying at Jessica’s place. It was plenty of space for two people for seven days. It was clean, and all of the furniture was comfortable. We loved the neighborhood, it’s located near the Olympic park and there are a lot of walking trails and delicious bakeries/coffee shops. If you are visiting London, there are definitely places that are closer to the tourist attractions but we enjoyed returning back to the apartment which was quiet and peaceful. The train station is very close as is a shopping center, with several different grocery stores. Jessica was very responsive and a great host.

Very friendly and helpful host. Great apartment, the amenities were a little rudimentary for 4 people, the sofa bed was okay for 2 kids, for 2 adults it would be clearly too narrow. The helpfulness with earlier check-in and checkout was wonderful!

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

Sammy's place was a great place to stay. It was just a block from my daughter's flat so it was nice to "live in the neighborhood". It was cozy, clean, and a 8-min walk to the Weaver line and a 10-min walk to Walthamstow Central so it was simple to get to Central London in no time. Would definitely stay at Sammy's flat again when I come to visit my daughter again!

Place was great, 2 stores with the bedrooms downstairs. Beds are very comfortable, lots of closet space, with lots of comfortable towels available for your stay. They have done a great job with the decor giving it a fun vibe. I walked into London for business, location was great. Fantastic coffee shop across the street. Would highly recommend and rent again.

So I stayed at this property for 7 nights. Very prime and posh location. Very well connected to all the tourist hubs as well. Things of daily needs such as gym, grocery etc everything available at the street downstairs. Felt very safe to be there. The apartment was absolutely squeaky clean. Fully loaded kitchen and bathroom. 100 percent recommended for short and long stays be it family, couples or solo. Will definitely come back when in London next time.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

This was my second visit to Carol-Anne's beautiful flat, and it definitely won't be the last. I love everything about it. Minutes from the Northern Line and with an abundance of little shops minutes down the road, I felt at home and could easily get anywhere in or out of London. Clean, beautifully decorated, and on a lovely quiet street. I couldn't have been happier and hated to leave.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!

As a family of 5, we truly enjoyed staying at this apartment. The location is excellent. Having a grocery store so close with shops and restaurants and even a little playground makes it such an ideal location. Martin was a wonderful host.

Sai’s place is great. It’s comfortable, cosy, with everything you need for a good stay. It’s nice and quiet there, but nevertheless it’s brilliantly located close to local shops, restaurants and buses that will easily get you to the tube, or to Watford. It’s no problem to get to central London or to the Warner Bros Harry Potter experience. Sai’s a great host. Responsive, helpful and honest. He was really quick to ensure he returned items that we mistakenly left in the property when we left. This is the third time we’ve stayed there and we’d do do again in a heartbeat.
