Holiday rentals with breakfast in London Borough of Wandsworth

Caroline couldn’t have been more helpful, we felt really at home and comfortable. She was really flexible in terms of check in and allowed me to check in early so that we could relax and enjoy the rest of our day. The property is a short distance from the train and tube stations with great links to central London. Breakfast was a very sociable occasion with good quality food provided. We will definitely be booking another stay in the future.

I booked Ursula place last minute and was impressed with the experience. The space was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and exactly as described -perfect for what I needed. Despite the late booking, the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made everything seamless. it felt comfortable, welcoming, and genuinely like a home away from home. I'd absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable place to stay.

Stephanie was very friendly, helpful and kind. My room was nicely done, clean and comfortable. It's a lovely house. Secure parking space. Will most certainly like to come again.

Claire is a wonderful host. As soon as she greeted me I felt comfortable. She welcomed me with a cup of tea and a chat at her kitchen table. There was no awkwardness. She provided me with cutlery and crockery for my food and refused to let me wash up. Alongside being great company, Claire also recognised that I was tired from working and gave me space. The top floor en-suite bedroom is newly refurbished, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I had two excellent nights sleep in a cosy double bed. In the morning, Claire offered tea, coffee and breakfast and checked the times of my buses for me. She was truly an excellent host and I would thoroughly recommend.

Charlie and Lee are the very embodiment of what every Air B&B host should aspire to be - they are a warm, kind and welcoming couple who genuinely enjoy hosting people. Staying here felt like visiting family friends - a home away from home, even when you have travelled far. We enjoyed our stay immensely - the location is unbeatable! It is both peaceful and quiet (a short walk away from the beautiful Richmond Park) but at the same time it has easy access to the heart of Central London with a 30 minute direct train line into Waterloo. The room is very comfortable, clean and extremely spacious - excellent value for the price. I can confidently say that this will be one of the very best Air B&B's you will have stayed at, and would recommend it very strongly if you are visiting London.

No frills but perfectly adequate, except perhaps for the breakfast.

We had stayed here before, two years. Ago. The place is just as good, even better with some upgrading, notably aircon (doubles as heater when cold) which was fantastic given the hot & sunny weather this year. Had a great meal at the Magpie, overlooking the river.

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

Alexandra’s flat is in a very convenient location on a quiet street, minutes from Battersea Park. There is a great selection of grocery stores and shops as well as public transport all within an easy walking distance. The flat itself was clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the water was always hot. The washing machine was a welcome addition. Alexandra was friendly and very helpful and responded straight away when we had questions. We would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Joanne’s. She was responsive to our questions and promptly met us when we arrived. Directions were great. A friendly lady who showed us the flat and kindly left us to explore. Wonderful location and easy to walk to Hampton Court Palace for a concert. Would definitely stay again. Super nice stay in Caroline's apartment. The communication beforehand was also very pleasant and customer oriented. Apartment really meets everything you need. Nice quiet neighborhood. Good bed! (Only the sofa in the living room where my son slept is a bit thin). Small but nice bathroom, full kitchen and even a washing machine. Super sweet also that there were breakfast and snacks ready. The concierge is very friendly. There was a misunderstanding about our arrival time, but after a phone call, he arrived right away. From the Apartment really very easy to travel by bus, metro or bike to all places in London. 1 point of attention to people with allergies such as dust mites, the apartment is a little less suitable because it is very English furnished - which is very cozy - but because of the many rugs - also attracts a lot of dust. Incidentally, the apartment is really very clean! We really enjoyed it very much! Thank you!

So lucky to have found this place! Looked just like the images, Alexis was super responsive and kind. Overall, the place felt like home and made my vacation even more enjoyable and memorable. Deborah made me feel welcome from the moment I was in contact with her. She ensured that I arrived well and she always provided help and suggestions during my stay. The apartment is nice, the room was spacious for London standards and Deborah always welcomed me in her kitchen or the lounge. Very much enjoyed my time at her place.

I stayed a few days in this place , and it was truly a wonderful experience. The host, a lovely lady, made sure everything was perfect during my stay. From the cleanliness of the place to the delicious breakfast she prepared each morning, everything was done with care and attention. Her warm and respectful behavior made me feel completely at home. One of the best parts was the location—the house was right next to a Tube station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Staying with Monica was really very nice. It was very nice and everything is furnished with attention to detail. Super clean room and always available for a good conversation. We felt very comfortable and in good hands. She is very helpful and friendly and Charlie is also super sweet.

Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

I very much enjoyed staying at Jackie's garden apartment. She was helpful with suggestions. Breakfast dishes were always placed out for me. Her garden was a welcome haven after a long day of walking. She was informative and friendly. Everything you would want or expect in a host. Thank you, Jackie, for a wonderful stay!

Had an absolutely gorgeous stay! Lovely room in a gorgeous location, just a stones throw from the station and Kew Gardens, with lots of surrounding shops and restaurants. Room was clean, had a lovely bathroom, really comfy bed and a door with good locks - felt super safe and secure here! Sandra was a wonderful host. Super friendly and always communicative. Mary and Martin were the warmest and kindest of hosts. We felt like we were in the finest Bed and Breakfast nestled in the countryside. You will sleep peacefully. The location is convenient to Greenwich, Central London, and West London. The room is kept amply stocked with tea, coffee, snacks, drinks. We had some of the best sleep. In the morning, Mary and Martin prepare a fresh and hearty breakfast with an excellent pot of tea. Mary and Martin are passionate about telling the story of their neighborhood and we learned a great deal over breakfast. They provide ample guidance if asked and give you more than enough space and privacy. Mary was kind enough to provide a lovely hand fan for our night at Royal Albert Hall on a humid afternoon. Thank you so much Mary and Martin, we hope to be back!

This was my second stay in Alex’ home. I felt comfortable, at home and I liked the area so much the first time that it made sense to stay there when I returned. I felt welcome and my hosts (including their dog, Dilly) were always friendly, helpful and engaging. I enjoyed staying here.
