Air Con Luxury penthouse flat in Fulham

This air conditioned (rare find) penthouse 3rd floor (53 steps NO LIFT) has a superb view of London. It consists of an open plan living kitchen space. Sliding doors open up to a balcony. Bedroom is spacious with a king sized bed and fitted wardrobes. There is also a full sized bathroom. Kitchen has a gas cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A microwave is also available. We also have 2 air conditioned 2 bed flats listed on the Air bnb in the same building.

The bedroom area has a king sized bed, fitted wardrobe. There is a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps 1. Also a smart TV, fast Wi-fi and a printer. 15-18minute walk to Earlsfield station, 13minute walk to Wandsworth Common station. Great pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

Stylish and very spacious one bedroom flat with everything you need for short and long stays and free parking space. Easy access to central London with the train from Crystal Palace to London Bridge in less than 30 minutes. Walking distance to famous Triangle with plenty of restaurants and cafes, 3 minutes to lovely Crystal Palace park. There is dounle sofa bed in living room, kings size bed in the bedroom and upon requst we can add single bed there. Only pets allowed are dogs.
