A minimalist approach to comfort and value! Small Studio with shared walls as there are other rentals. But NO shared spaces. Has a full PRIVATE kitchen, full PRIVATE Laundry and nice private bathroom with tub. Only 650yards to the white sugary sands of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Perfect and comfortable for a couple and can accommodate a child or 3rd wheel on a chair that converts to a bed(not super comfy but will do) Smart TV.

Make this condo with it's amazing gulf views your home away from home. *Guest are responsible for a Parking Pass which is $30.00 and Arm Bands which are $5.00 each. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle. *Due to HOA regulations guest must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guest under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the reservation.
