Roughly half a mile from the county pier and just a short drive from Pier Park. Shipwreck Island and mini golf are among many of the nearby attractions.

Beach house walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, and activities! This is a duplex where we can host up to 14 guests in both units (see other listings). We also own the duplex next door where we can host another 14 guests to host a total of 28 guests for large groups. We have washers and dryers per unit. We provide beach gear, board games, corn hole, & a putting green for family fun. The fenced courtyard is a shared space & we provide a private fenced areas in the back.

Unit easily sleeps 6 people comfortably, master sleeps 2, guest bedroom sleeps 4. The master bedroom has an enclosed balcony with the option for work space or play area for kids.

Please note the step up to the bathroom and ONE low bed. Some guests have trouble with these! The futon folds down into a twin size bed. If you have one kid (or two small ones) they may be comfy sleeping here. Let me know and I’ll make it up for you before you arrive. You will not be able to add them to the reservation but just text me! Private entrance to a renovated single car garage apartment in the popular, quiet Cove neighborhood.
