We had a wonderful stay at Villa Hulotte. The place is perfect for both families and groups of friends, with many activities on site. We celebrated the end of our partials in a relaxed atmosphere, with the possibility of listening to music freely. The heated hot tub was much appreciated. However, there is a small downside regarding the pool, which we also thought heated according to the information provided by the host, but which was unfortunately not.

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

We had a great stay. The residence is quiet. The house is as advertised. The house has been renovated and everything is optimized. We were 2 adults and 2 kids, it was perfect.

My family and I had a great time at Aurore's place. The house is large, tastefully decorated. The outside is large and safe for the kids. Too bad the weather wasn't at the appointment to be able to enjoy the pool. We would recommend this listing!

We stayed in this very nice house that met our expectations! The garden and its terrace were very pleasant. The children did not want to leave the pool. The proximity to the beach was a real plus for us! Communication was very good with our host. Really, a good time with the family!

A very big thank you to Jean Louis and Danièle for their warm welcome and kindness. The accommodation was perfect for our vacation: comfortable, very clean, well-equipped and very well located. (large cities nearby, beaches that accept dogs about 6 km away). A big thank you also for accepting our 5-month-old dog Appy, who took full advantage of the garden. We were able to enjoy the pool, a real joy. We leave with excellent memories and will not hesitate to recommend the accommodation to those around us and I think there will be a next time. Great two weeks, accommodation was as described and very clean and tidy. Sebastien was very responsive and helpful. It was a great location for our cycling with some great beaches, would highly recommend.

Line and Philippe are thoughtful hospitality. The house is very well-equipped, functional and quiet. A little cocoon with a nice decor. Bakery and tobacco bar 2mn walk, beach 5mn by transport and 20mn walk. We had a great time, refreshing and will happily be back.

Very nice accommodation! We had already come, it feels at home! The house is clean and very well-equipped. The garden with its terrace is pleasant and perfectly enclosed (very nice when you have a dog). And most importantly, proximity to the beach and forest is a real plus! Small, well-appointed house with all the comforts you need and very well stocked. Access to the beach is a few minutes walk away and the park of the residence is peaceful. Great stay for surfing

The house is spacious and nice for a family of 5. 15-20min walk to the beach it was perfect for walks and enjoy the sunsets on the ocean. Richard was friendly from the start and was available until we left.
