The house has 130 square meters divided by: on the 2nd floor, living room with fireplace, working table and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies (one with bbq and sea view); on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (one with balcony), and 1 bathroom. Comfortable for 4 adults, we may add 1 extra bed. The house may not be suitable for children (stairs).

You'll love my place because it's a 2-bedroom apartment with a sea view, measuring about 78 m2, located very close to the center, with access to Nossa Senhora do Mar beach, in addition to the main beach and Alteirinhos beach, with parking in front of and behind the building. It is situated in a quiet location, close to the Shopping Center, where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, a children's garden and a variety of shops. The beach is a 10/15-minute walk. Some enjoy horseback riding, and at sea, you can enjoy boat rides, canoeing or fishing.
