New villa with 131 m2, inserted in a lot of 308 m2 and with capacity for 6 people. It is a 10-minute walk to the center of the village of Porto Covo and 15 minutes to the beach. It has 2 bedrooms each with two single beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed, its own swimming pool, barbecue and parking for 1 car. Only stays with a minimum of 2 nights will be accepted. In the summer months, only reservations with a minimum of 6 nights will be accepted, with check-in on Sunday and check-out on Saturday.

The house is located in a small and quiet neighborhood, with a few restaurants and small groceries shops around. Almograve beach is less than 1 km away and it’s accessible by foot, with a nice pathway that ends at the ocean. If walking it’s in your plans, the Fisherman’s trail (Rota Vicentina) starts from here. It’s the ideal place if you’re looking for some quietness.

Ocean View House (T2, bbq, 100m to the beach)

You will enjoy a sunny, spacious and cozy duplex, just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, in a central and quiet area of Milfontes. The house has 130 square meters divided by: on the 2nd floor, living room with fireplace, working table and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies (one with bbq and sea view); on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (one with balcony), and 1 bathroom. Comfortable for 4 adults, we may add 1 extra bed. The house may not be suitable for children (stairs).
