Apartment in the basement with private entrance, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bathroom renovated in February 2024. Kitchen, living room and bedroom renovated in January 2025. I prepare the beds before check-in with clean sheets and place clean towels on the beds. Free WiFi. TV has Chromecast. No TV channels. The apartment is about 45 m2. Outside the kitchen window there is a garden table with 4 chairs that can be used. Cushions for the chairs are available in the entrance.

At the top of the block there is a fantastic roof terrace, just one floor up. There is also access to a top modern grease trap, and only 100 meters to walk to SNØ. Perfect apartment for a weekend in Oslo, a few days at SNØ or to have a modern place to stay right next to Oslo. Rema and Pizzabakeren 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment is located in the basement of our house. We have 2 children and therefore want it to be quiet in the apartment from 10 pm. We have an electric car charger. Charging 2.5 kWh. Arriving by bus: 1 km uphill to the house. Therefore, it is best suited for those arriving by car.
