The house was as pictured! The pool was very inviting and the house had plenty of necessities for a large group. The host was very responsive and communicated well even with a language barrier.

We were traveling with another family. The accommodation was perfect also for our toddlers. we immediately felt comfortable as if it were our home. There was enough space in and around the house for the kids to play. In general, the apartment was very spacious. The two bathrooms were all rounded off. Two towels had been provided for each guest whether large or small. Very nice of Laura. In addition, she provided the beds for us as we needed. The communication with Laura was perfect. She and her partner were very helpful and explained everything to us superbly. In addition, you have also left a little attention there for the children. We will be happy to come back to you. ❤️

The landlord is kind and collected the exhibits for our exhibition in advance. The environment is quiet, and the house is very spacious. There is also a very large shopping mall nearby. It is more convenient to travel by car.

This time, I stayed with three people on a business trip. Basically, it was fully equipped, and I had a very comfortable stay in the room with enough space and tidy. It was a very busy time of the city, so we were late at check-in, but they responded flexibly.The communication was smooth and stress-free. There was also good access to the station, and there was a supermarket nearby, so there was no trouble. As mentioned in other reviews, I was worried about the sound because it was facing a road that runs a lot of cars during the day and at night, but the members who stayed this time didn't bother me much. Check-out was early in the morning, but they consulted us and arranged it so that we could check out smoothly. I'd love to mention it as a place to stay when I'm in Milan again.

there were five of us on the road because of the furniture fair in milano... to the fair rho we only had 20 min. !! it had enough space for our 2 cars... which were parked in a protected area. the house itself is a bit outdated but in a very good condition and well furnished . ( beautiful and large garden / all protected with a fence ) in the house itself it has 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms... on the lower floor it even has a third bathroom . Living room and kitchen.. large ! we enjoyed our stay very much and thank Alberto for his uncomplicated and reliable manner . we'll be back... :-)

The location of this villa was absolutely incredible! Waking up each morning to a quiet coffee on the terrace overlooking Lake Como felt like something out of a dream. The view was breathtaking and set the perfect tone for each day. With the town just a short walk away, we were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and the lakeside promenade with ease. The walk added just the right amount of exercise to feel refreshed without being tiring. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, beautiful, and convenient place to stay—truly unforgettable.

We had a lovely stay in Oliveta Laria. I can't say enough good things about Marzia. She communicated well from the time of reservation through check-out and beyond. The house is beautiful, magnificent view and very private. Believe what she says about the driveway!! It is very steep and windy. Smaller cars much better. We had a large van and it was intimidating. The path through the woods to the town was nice. We would definitely rent from Marzia again!!

We just arrived home from our stay at Daniel's house and already miss it and want to go back! The views are absolutely stunning! The house was clean and was designed beautifully. The town where this house is located is charming, with a wonderful restaurant tucked in a piazza. Daniel was communicative before and during our stay. Loved our stay at Villa Flora Fauna Lago and would absolutely recommend it!

This was a great stay for my family and I - it was just as peaceful and beautiful as pictured. Though it rained our entire time in Lake Como, the Villa, town Square and the ease and flexibility provided by Vicky were unmatched. You can set up anything you need with the host, including car transport, cooking and boating. They really go above and beyond - we got lost on the train there AND I forgot my bag with my passport during checkout. Vicky took care of everything. Highly recommend this charming Villa!!

Beautiful and nature-filled haven in Porto Ceresio surmounting Lago Lugano and surrounded by greens and mountains. The house is thoughtfully designed, comfortable and cozy. Our host Marco is friendly, professional, proactive and always willing to help on everything we need. It’s a perfect place for family and friends to make wonderful moments and memories. Highly recommended.

Very special house! Original. Lots of art in the house. Stunning views. All the facilities available Clean. Quiet village. Pool was lovely given the high temperatures! Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of beautiful walks made. Bicycles rented at 3 minutes' walking distance. Very nice people. Speak Italian and a little french. Great bike ride for mountain bikes made from the house. Electric support necessary. Very friendly reception. Technical defect was resolved very adequately and quickly.

The house and garden are an amazing place to stay. The views over the lake and the expansive and gorgeous garden and pool area are good to relax and chill and enjoy the Italian weather. The house is well maintained and I also really liked the kitchen and how well it was equipped. We had a good time cooking and BBQing. There are lots om fun games in the house as well (pingpong, fussbal, etc) Andrea was a fantastic, kind and flexible host who communicated really well during the entire process. I would love to go back to this house!

Beautiful historic home, with modern amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was in a great location for our family if of eight to explore the lake region. There are lovely local restaurants, though a car is necessary. We were thrilled to see St. Vitalis of Gaza at the local church, St. Maurizio! Valerio is a wonderful host. W enjoyed our stay immensely.

We enjoyed our vacation very much, the perfectly fenced garden was a dream with children and dog. The house was very clean. Everything was available and the hosts are very friendly and always available

The villa is truly enchanting, more beautiful than can be appreciated in photographs, especially the outdoor areas: the garden is really very large and well-kept, while the clean pool is unexpectedly deep (complete with a diving board). Both the garden and the house offer a wonderful view and the environment was cool and ventilated. The house is spacious and very well maintained, especially the bathrooms! The owner was so kind as to allow us to postpone the check to 8:00 p.m. instead of the morning to let us enjoy the whole Sunday. Really a wonderful experience, to be repeated!

Beautiful villa with a casual pool and a cozy covered seating area. The villa is divided into two separate levels, so that it also offers places of retreat. It was all clean and beautifully furnished, but it is relatively noisy. The view of the lake and the surroundings was awesome.

The house is super great, cozy and has a great location with a fantastic view! We would come back here again and again.
