Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Loreto, Milan

Location is great, just few mins away from the Milan Train Station, below the apartment there is a small convenience shop (try use cc otherwise the price is different), and surrounding the apartments have nice Chinese foods and the price is reasonable, the rooms is clean and come with washer and dryer which is very useful for us. 😊 Overall we are very satisfied with the stay in Giorgio’s house.

Great apartment. Exactly as described. We were worried that it might be noisy, but it was really quiet at night, and we couldn't hear any street noise. Everything in the apartment worked well. The air conditioning was particularly good as it was 34 degrees when we stayed. The location is perfect for sightseeing. The metro is a 1-minute walk away, and there are some incredible restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this apartment and would happily return again.

My flight into Milan was 10 hours late, and I didn’t get to the hideaway until about midnight. Charles was available, helpful, and extraordinarily kind. When I entered the adorable apartment I found a bottle of prosecco, pasta, sauce, pretzels, etc. He allowed me to check out late because of my exhaustion - and when I overslept THAT deadline, the cleaning woman helped me pack up my things and get them to my car. All I saw of Milan was Charles’s lovely, cozy apartment, and I’ll come back every time. I can’t recommend this apartment - or Charles - highly enough.

the apartment is very well decorated and super clean. however, the great surprise was how well the host had kept all the stuff required for a small baby, which I have never experienced in any Airbnb. there were baby cot, diapers, wipes and food all kept specifically for the baby. the apartment is nothing less than a hotel with all the facilities one can expect, that too in a great contral location near the train station.

The location is good, super close to central station which made it easy for us to take day trips to lake como and other destinations around Milan. There are some good local affordable restaurants around within a couple of blocks. The property itself was clean and chic with good natural lighting. The host is responsive and friendly, my husband and I do recommend this Airbnb!

Konum olarak çok iyiydi. Metro duraklarına 3-4 dakikalık yürüyüş mesafesindeydi. Ayrıca Milano Central garına da yürüyerek 5-6 dakika mesafedeydi. Eve giriş talimatları oldukça kolaydı, daireye giriş yaparken hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Daire fotoğraflardakinin aynısıydı. Tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Ev sahibi ile iletişim de çok kolaydı, kendisinden çok hızlı dönüşler aldık. Ev gerçek bir fiyat performans eviydi. Başka bir milano seyahatimizde yine orada konaklamak isteriz.

We had a comfortable 3-night stay at this centrally located apartment in Milan. Just a short walk from Milano Centrale, it was perfect for easy train connections and airport access. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and family-friendly. The building has a lift, which helped with luggage. The area felt safe and had plenty of cafés, bakeries, and supermarkets nearby. One issue we faced was that the freezer was completely iced over and unusable during our stay. However, the host received our feedback positively and assured us it would be resolved for future guests. Despite that, the apartment was quiet at night and well-connected by metro to major attractions. A practical, convenient base for exploring Milan or doing day trips to Como.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jacopo's beautiful home! Jacopo and Andrea were very communicative. The apartment is very close to the castle and the beautiful park, yet off the beaten path so it was very, very quiet for sleeping at night. There were several nice restaurants nearby, but also a couple of grocery stores. We bought food for a couple of meals and were able to relax in the apartment after a long day of touring. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom, and the AC worked great so it was very comfortable for all guests.

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

Mariagrazia was a great host, she was so responsive and flexible when our plans changed. She was helpful in providing local recommendations, a map of the area, and answered all of our random questions with grace. The flat was the perfect size for 8 of us, and well appointed, we didn’t want for anything. The location was perfect for walking to the sites we wanted to see. If you’re looking for a beautiful Italian experience, a clean place to rest, and a walkable location, look no further.

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

Best Stay! Don’t hesitate to book this property. Absolutely stunning, quiet and so well designed. My daughter and I have been traveling for a week and London and Paris and this was the first time we had a great nights rest. So comfortable, extra touches, amazing hosts, we will be back to stay again in the future. Perfect.

schönes Apartment, etwas weiter weg von der „Innenstadt“, mit dem Auto aber auch sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir waren nur einen Tag da, aber für einen langen Aufenthalt auch bestimmt gut. Terasse etwas klein.

사진으로 보이는 것보다 집이 더 넓게 느껴졌고 발코니도 있어서 아주 편안했습니다. 침구도 깨끗했고 욕실도 아주 청결했어요. 주방 도구들도 매우 깔끔하게 관리되어 있어 저는 요리를 하진 않았지만 요리하고 싶은 여행객들에게도 안성맞춤일 것 같아요! 또 세탁기(+세제)와 건조기가 마련되어 있어 여행을 마무리하는데 안성맞춤이었습니다. 다만 처음 사용해보아 작동시키는데 조금 어려움이 있어서 설명서 같은 것이 있으면 도움이 될 것 같아요. 첸트랄레 근처 호텔들이 가격대비 컨디션이 좋지 않다고 느꼈는데, 그에 비해 훨씬 넓은 방에서 적당한 가격에 묵을 수 있어 만족했습니다! 단점은 방음이 완전히 되지 않아 옆집에서 파티를 하는 소리가 잘 들렸습니다.

Our family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient and close to many sightseeing spots, which made getting around easy. The kitchen utensils provided were complete and very useful for our daily needs. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience!

Great accomodation in Milan! Vittorio was fantastic and very responsive and kind. Great amenities in the apartment with washer and dryer. Really accessible location with the 5 tram right outside the building to get to nearby metro stations and Milano Centrale. Definitely recommend!
