The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and secure residential area, it is ideal for resting. Perfect location, just 15 minutes' drive from Torrevieja, 30 minutes from Alicante and 1 hour from Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and her quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

The apartment is a dream, just like the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped for those of us who like to cook. The parking is very comfortable, it is not roofed, but an SUV can enter without problems. The Wi-Fi speed ranges from 200 to 400 Mbps, ideal for those who work remotely. The sunsets, as the description says: the best in Spain.

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

The house is perfect to disconnect and spend a few quiet days, everything was impeccable and the owners were very friendly. We went with dogs and they had a great time. I would definitely repeat.

Family of 13, of which 8 adults and 5 children (from 0-6 years), had a fantastic stay in this house and place. The house and outdoor area looked much nicer than the pictures in the ad. The children frolicked in the heated pool, and so did the adults. The outdoor kitchen was in use every day. Walking distance to a great beach, restaurants and playgrounds. We rented cars so it was easy to get to Mercadona. Peter responded quickly. Nice hosts at check-in and check-out. Everyone agreed that they would like to return to the house. Regards, Sonja

Was allowed to check in early which was great as landed early. Villa was amazing…. Having 3 bathrooms was a god send as everyone could shower at their leisure Golf course was stunning and restaurant done lovely food - 16 min walk from villa Getting to nearest village / bars etc is short taxi ride Pavo was extremely helpful and always quick to respond Will defo rent again !!!!!

What a dreamy location! Right next to the beach. Spacious and beautiful traditional Spanish bungalow. The development is stunning and the facilities were perfect for our family.

The stay in the apartment has been super pleasant. It is newly renovated, well cared for and with incredible taste. The sofa bed is super comfortable. The windows perfectly soundproof the noise that could come from the street and we heard nothing despite the town being in San Juan festivities. In addition, Macarena was very attentive and gave us some great recommendations for eating and breakfast. She is a super attentive host and I would definitely recommend her!

A WA group was created in advance, in which we were provided with all the relevant information for the check-in as well as great tips. The accommodation is close to the airport, check-in was contactless and completely smooth. The apartment itself, especially the kitchen and bathroom, was very clean and lovingly prepared upon our arrival. Everything was really thought of: coffee, tea, even alcohol were available for us. Surroundings is quiet and familial. The pool area was pleasant, even if there was some foliage. For hijabis, it is good to know that the pool area is only partially private. The beach and supermarket are within easy walking distance. A rental car is still recommended. This will take you quickly to Alicante. The only criticism: The double bed is unstable, which affected my sleep a little. Daniel was always available and very helpful. Great overall stay. We will be happy to come back!

The place was amazing. It was so clean, spacious, and well-stocked up. It looked more amazing than it did in the photos. The place was well-equipped, the furniture were well-thought-of, and was very well maintained. Everything was clean and everything in the house was working. The garden was also amazing though I think it would be better if there were more lights outside. The host also provided some cold beers in the fridge which I think was a really nice touch. The only downside was that it was far from the city center, so I would recommend having a car if you plan to stay in this Airbnb. But overall, really great airbnb! would love to stay there again.

Hosts as we like them who share their space, a house arranged with taste and quality in a region unknown to the general public. We highly recommend it!

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

The place was exactly as described. Very clean, very nicely furnished to feel good. Direct access to the beach and sea views. Communication was very easy, friendly and accommodating. We felt very well taken care of and would book this apartment again at any time!

We spent the days of Easter in Antonio's house and we had a great time, we can't wait to come back. The location is great and the group's room distribution for the 7 was perfect (5 Adults and two Children), even our pet has enjoyed a world on our morning hikes. Antonio has always been attentive, he gave us a lot of flexibility for both CheckIn and CheckOut, as well as many local recommendations.

Ruben is a friendly and reliable host. The villa is perfectly located in Quesada - the location is one of the best things about the listing as it sits behind the main strip avenida Las naciones so ideal for shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The pool area was great for our kids although it is not heated but once you are in the pool it feels absolutely fine. The villa is spacious and was big enough for 4 adults and 4 children. The villa was also clean. Only downside is that it is a little bit dated inside and could do with modernisation however most of the villas in Quesada for rent at this price point are similar and so it was not a deal breaker for us. Recommend and would stay again.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

A nice and very spacious home. With the possibility of making a churrasco outside with your friends. Also, communication with the host during the stay was good and we ended up staying longer. I would repeat.

I would highly recommend this lovely house for anyone looking to stay in the area. The house was spotless and welcoming, and the pool was a wonderful highlight for us. Great place to stay and excellent host

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.
