Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Los Alamitos

We only stayed here one night to attend a graduation, but we absolutely loved the place. The pictures are great, but you won't really get just how charming the place is till you're there. It was plenty of space for 3 of us. Loved the little balcony and the writing/reading corner. We all slept great on the 3 beds: the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, even with the windows open overnight. We were there on a Wed night and we always found a parking spot close to the home along the street. We didn't cook there but it looked like everything you'd need was there. We enjoyed walking 5 minutes to breakfast at Park Pantry and being so close to everything we needed to access. Even with the hosts living in the downstairs home, we never heard them and our upstairs home was quiet and private. Pamela was always quick to respond and was accommodating of our schedule. We'd stay here again and highly recommend.

David was an amazing host and very attentive to detail. His place was beautiful and very clean. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very communicative. The apartment is right next to the beach and in a quiet Neighborhood. I definitely recommend this place and will be returning soon.

This was one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. Jan was friendly and left several extra ammenities inside the home. The location was in a safe and walkable location. The outside seating areas were inviting and relaxing. My stay was very enjoyable and I will be returning when I am in the area again.

We had a great time here! Easy to get to and we got lucky with the parking. Being so close to the beach usually has parking issues but it was not bad. It was clean and the perfect size. Appreciate the coffee, sugars and creamers. The windows were opened when we arrived so it was already pretty cool inside and only used the ceiling fans at night. It’s a very quiet area so we slept great in the very comfortable bed. Very happy to have all the beach necessities there. That was one of the reasons I chose this home. Loved having the kayaks to go around the bay looking at all the pretty beach homes. Just steps to the bay and the beach on the other side. Walking on the beach and then watching the sun set was beautiful. Would totally stay there again. Thank you John.

Perfect spot for our needs. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, grocery, and shops yet secluded and private. Darla was super helpful and responsive and helped make our first trip to the area a good experience.

The place was very nice and comfortable, felt right at home. All amenities were there and everything was within walking distance. It’s small but not too small just right for vacation in Long Beach. 100% recommend to anyone that needs a get away and lounge around at home!

The place is perfect! Parking is awesome. The good neighborhood has a lot of coffee shops beach close (5 mins drive, 18mins walk) Bed is huge and comfortable! We would deffenetpy stay here again. I would recommend to change shower head, coz it is bad. and AC is not cooling enough for hot days. :) Thank you!

This was our fourth stay at Kenny's place. Kenny is a great host, that takes excellent care of his property. It's a great place, in a great location, at a great price. We love it, and we love being able to call this our home away from home when traveling to the So Cal area.

We loved staying at the Belmont Bungalow, hosted by Katrina during our stay in Long Beach. It was very well organized and perfectly clean, looks exactly like the pictures. We had been looking for a family friendly area to relax in and Belmont Bungalow totally delivered. Felt like a home away from home for us, while we visited our family in Long Beach. It is centrally located to all our favorite hang outs. The backyard is lush and peaceful, we even got to see hummingbirds enjoying the very tranquil space. The bungalow allows a good amount of natural light during the days, and is nice and quiet at night. Highly recommend this place for your Long Beach vacation. We hope it's available next time we visit.

Our stay was amazing! The host were very accommodating and friendly! Everything was as described and the home was beautiful had so many essentials which made our stay comfortable! Home is super cozy we can’t wait to stay again soon!

We were looking for a place that we could rest and relax for a few days. We were not looking for places to visit or a lot of activities, even though this property is located where you have those things to choose from. This property fit our needs perfectly. Coffee in the morning sitting outside in the beautifully decorated outdoor space, including a peaceful water feature was so nice. The home is beautiful and there wasn’t a single thing we wanted that wasn’t provided. Communications were very timely and they genuinely wanted you to have everything you needed to have a wonderful stay. I can’t imagine anyone not being 100% happy with this property and the host. We would love to return in the future.

A comfortable, quiet and well equipped place for our family to stay while visiting for graduation. It’s very close to Cal state Long Beach and just 30 min to Irvine. Lots of good grocery stores and easy access to LA sites.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

The place was fantastic. Everything one would need was in the home. It was easy to get to and so much to do within walking distance. Lovely house.

Luis provided a very nice and organized condo to stay at. I needed a place to stay near the Long Beach Convention Center, and this location was ideal! The condo inside was very organized and ready to go. The key fab made the condo feel very private, and I could relax when coming back to sleep. Overall, very nice place and comfortable for staying near the Long Beach Convention Center.

Very clean unit, and as described in the listing. Good value for a stay in Long Beach. Miguel was also a generous host - plenty of linens, towels, paper towels and bathroom tissue, in addition to pantry stocked with the necessities.

We picked this Airbnb for the convenience of being near the beach and other amenities. It was a perfect place for our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful. Would stay here again.
