Holiday rentals with a patio in Los Ayala

Beautiful and well thought out space! The outdoor shower is perfect for washing off after the beach, while the room is easy to keep cool with the ac right above the bed. Where Joanne and Shane go above and beyond: drinking water available and a cold jug in the fridge; french press and kettle for coffee; beach seats, surfboards and bikes for guests. The flat is on a quiet cul de sac but close to the beach end of the main street. All in all everything was perfect!

I've stayed before and would stay again! The home has the perfect Mexican charm with a great view that's centrally located to great restaurants and the Malecon. Eva, as always is super welcoming and makes you feel at home with helpful/local recommendations.

A fantastic place, it's very close to the beach and the pool on the seventh floor is amazing. We also liked that there was someone at the reception 24/7. We'd be happy to come back!

Very good place. The positives are.... very well located, excellent view. Close to everything. Easy to get to and comfortable. The only details I had, which are very minimal, is the access with the key, the keyboard is not very accurate, it battles a little to get in as it fails a bit. The door to the main and bathroom does not finish closing well, the wood is swollen. Minimal but correctable details. It was a pleasant stay for the place and the location, the communication is very good. And the pass in rating 9/10.

Amazing host! Very responsive, great description how to get in, best restaurants, manager property very responsive, quick and nice. I was in Sayulita and if May/June and it was a bit too hot for me, so ocean and pool weren’t too much of a cooling relief, but I would definitely come back to the same condo. Close to the heart of town, but I avoided the noise from bars. I like the hill to get it for little exercise and local scenery. The place has an authentic vibe, with jungle feel, private pool, birds, iguanas- I saw a couple of them running around the pool. I enjoyed my stay here!

The accommodation is much better than it looks. The residence is quite large and has everything you need. I would definitely go back to this place.

Great place, great location, great host

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

This home was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The layout was spacious and well thought out, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. One of our favorite parts was the backyard pool area—it truly felt like our own private oasis. We spent hours swimming, lounging, and soaking up the sunshine. It was the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories. We loved every minute of our stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The attention to detail and comfort really made this place stand out. We will most definitely be back!

We’ve been to Puerto Vallarta over seven times, and Tim’s place has definitely been our favorite stay so far! The home is beautifully decorated with stylish furniture and unique artwork—it immediately made us feel at home. The mini-split AC and ceiling fan kept the space comfortable even on the hottest days. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and even though it was just my husband and me, having two bathrooms was super convenient. We especially loved the rooftop pool—it's the perfect spot to unwind and catch a stunning sunset. The building’s gym is hands-down the best in the Romantic Zone. The location is ideal—within walking distance to all our favorite restaurants and taco stands. Tim was very responsive throughout, and he arranged for a host to greet us at both check-in and check-out, which made everything seamless. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and felt completely at ease. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Jim’s penthouse condo in Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone was an absolute gem! It’s just as gorgeous as the photos—stylish, spacious, and super comfortable. The location couldn’t be better: just a few blocks from the beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants, bars, and nightlife. We stayed with another couple, and the layout worked out perfectly. As the trip planner, my friends insisted we claim the dreamy master bedroom with its stunning views. Our friends were happy in the quiet and comfy second bedroom. Jim was an amazing host—super communicative, friendly, and thoughtful. He left us a bottle of tequila, which we put to excellent use with a pre-dinner shot tradition every night. The two giant jugs of water in the fridge were also a super thoughtful and nearly lasted our whole trip. I’d come back to Jim’s place in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend it to anyone heading to PV!

The hosts are simply the best! We had fairly bad flight delays and they were so accommodating helping us through the very end! The unit is amazing with great design and style! We are fellow hosts so we deeply care and respect for people’s homes as if they are ours - and these hosts are no exception! The pool deck is one of the bests in PV, and great location overall. We give them our highest recommendation.

Excellent place to spend time with family and relax. The apartment is very nice and very clean. It has everything you need to be comfortable. I would just add some Teflon pots. The place is very clean, tidy, the pools are very clean and the common areas are always clean. I would definitely return. Salvador's service was incredible, always attentive and with prompt response. I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay in this intimate, amenity-packed condo right in the heart of Zona Romantica. Security was top-notch, and we felt safe and relaxed the whole time. The space is open and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wraparound patio, and plenty of privacy with full blinds. We loved all the thoughtful touches—like the Nespresso with pods, steamer, jungle shower head, washer, plush memory foam bed, and handy extras like a beach bag, towels, and umbrellas. The host was super friendly and quick to respond to anything we needed, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips. It was so convenient to have elevator access and a unique room code, giving us peace of mind. We truly felt at home and enjoyed the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. The location couldn't be better, just steps from amazing restaurants and nightlife. We highly recommend this place for a stylish and comfortable Zona Romantica getaway—you won’t be disappointed!
