We had a very nice 1 week stay at Nicolas’ modern apartment in the lovely La Cala resort. The apartment has all the amenities you would want for a pleasant stay, and looks out onto a fantastic view of the resort. You definitely need a car to stay here as the clubhouse and hotel are a good 20 minute walk away, and La Cala town is around 10 mins by car. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nicolas’ place and would be happy to stay there on a future visit.

First of all, Nicolas' friend is extremely kind. She welcomed us, gave us explanations about the place. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. And we clearly fell in love with the view from the balcony... If we go back to Benalmadena, we'll stay at Nicolas' again! The apartment is close to the beach restaurant and 30 mins from Malaga!

Enjoyed the stay,great location for the beach, restaurants & shops. Olga responded quickly to messages, she was friendly and helpful. Apartment on the 3rd floor so great that it had a lift. It was very clean & had everything we needed. Weather wasn’t great but it didn’t stop us enjoying or short stay. Thanks Olga

Out of all the places I stayed during my trip, this one had the most breathtaking scenery. The beach was just a five-minute walk away, making it perfect for a peaceful stroll. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the living room every day felt like an absolute blessing. For transportation, renting a car would be the most convenient option. The water heating system ran on electricity, so hot showers were somewhat limited, but with proper timing, it wasn’t a major issue. My stay was incredibly relaxing, and the stunning view brought me so much joy. I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future.

Very satisfied. Lovely central little nice apartment with super lovely balcony where the sun shines most of the day. It is a 2 minute walk away from the train station so it is no matter to walk with suitcases to the apartment. We didn't need anything in the apartment that was clean and tidy, the apartment was equipped with all practical things that you might need and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is decorated in Scandinavian simplicity that makes it easy to live in and easy to keep clean and tidy. The best part is Beatriz, the sweetest and most attentive host who wants to make your stay as good as possible! There's a very quick response from her if you have questions and if you have any questions, she tries to help right away. The best experience we've had in a long time. We highly recommend the apartment and definitely the host😊

We had a lovely time! So beautiful view and on the beach. 1 bed was unfortunately in need of replacement, but Mario will do something about it!

We stayed here for a week and were delighted with the villa, pictures don’t do it justice, such a beautiful place , it had everything we needed , Alison was brilliant , so helpful we had a very small issue that was resolved literally within minutes , would definitely stay here again … thank you for such a great week

Great house, location and host. Great house for travel groups of 8-10 persons. The host was very friendly and responsive.

This was our second stay at Ave Maria. it is easily accessible from the two main squares/plaza. Entry/key access to the property was really easy also. The patio area is absolutely beautiful and somewhere you can sit with a coffee or a sangria and watch the boats pass Fuengirola. There is a great seating area with a large table too. The house is exactly as shown in the photos and very clean. The beds are really comfortable too. One great thing too is how powerful the shower is. The kitchen is really well equipped and it's the little things that Leticia provides that make it special, such as a couple of toilet rolls, washing up liquid, an ice tray...even pepper. All things you don't want to pack in your case or buy from the shop for a short stay. The WiFi is also good. We love this place and won't consider any other accommodation when staying in Mijas Pueblo. Thank you Leticia

Great location of the house, everything was nearby beach, mini market, restaurants really superb! House is not modern, would need some upgrade but the price is appropriate to this standard. We love El Faro and it was our second time with a toddler, won’t be last😃

Anna was responsive, pleasant and easy to deal with. The apartment/villa is on 1 level with 2 small bedrooms/2 bathrooms It was very clean with a lovely modern kitchen and comfortable lounge with a big TV. There is a slight view of the sea. The outside area is private and well equipped for eating. Apart from the weekend the area was quiet and peaceful and there is a decent supermarket within a 5 minute walk/2 minute drive Linen, towels, toilet paper, bin bags provided Slight negatives: the pool is very small; it was possible to hear the adjoining neighbours through the walls (although it did not disturb us); Google could not find the property (although Waze did); the street and parking space are very narrow - we had a small SUV (Seat Arona) and just manged to get in, anything larger would need to park around the corner; the door (which has no handle) needs to be pulled towards you, with the key, at the same time as turning the key to release the latch, before pushing the door open

I had a wonderful stay at Pepi’s place! I highly recommend it to other guests. It was clean, comfortable and Pepi was easy to communicate with.

Had a great stay. House is perfect for couples or small families who want a peaceful getaway. As some of the reviews mention you do access the property via a gravel track (usual for the area) but dont let it put you off, drove it many times in a Citroen C3 no problem and followed a smart car on the same road one day. Just take it slow and remember the route María shows you as it saves you 10 minutes comparted to sat-nav. María and Fernando are fantastic hosts and we would be happy to stay with them again. Great place, extremely clean and comfortable. Very practical with lots of items provided that we hadn’t even thought of. Nice pool and neighbours, and everything felt very spacious. Location is quiet and residential - slightly uphill from beach and a slight walk from main tourist areas and train station which isn’t a bad thing. Aldi is right by the apartment which was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again, hosts were great and allowed us to check out later which was very kind. A great place to stay and enjoy our holiday.

Excellent apartment, with everything you need to spend a quiet family day. The person in charge of the apartment was super friendly, helpful, and always answered questions.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The ideal location... Everything nearby... The apartment's decoration is very cozy. Quiet place. No voices were heard... Very good views... very bright... the only thing was that weekend the free parking next door was closed to set up an event but that was not his fault. But I found it somewhere else and it wasn't that far either. I recommend repeating...

The view was perfect! It was easy to get everywhere. Train and bus stops were close and the beach was near. We loved that how peaceful place was. No traffic noises at all. Only thing that was "bad" was dull scissors. So we could say that everything was perfect! Francisco was so nice when we checked in and Maria had left good instructions.

Javier’s place was simply perfect and communication was easy and responsive. Right by the beach with a great deck and view, 2 lightweight beach chairs, a well equipped kitchen and location simply amazing. We did not want to leave and maybe even will hope to come back one day, Thank you!

I was there in June with a friend and we where extremely satisfied with Marina Y Jesùs. The host was really friendly, he suggested to us a lot of good places to visit or where to relax. The appartment was really good, there was all the things present in the description. I suggest you this opportunity ;)
