Coziest apartment in Los Bolishes? This beautiful little penthouse of 40 sqm has a fantastic roof terrace with a glimpse of the sea and one of the best locations in Fuengirola! The apartment is on topfloor with a lift. The private roof terrace is perfect, about 25 square meters with sun all day and evening. The apartment is located just by the beach and all restaurants. Out of respect for my lovely neighbours this is not an apartment for parties, it´s for peace and tranquility.

Este acogedor apartamento totalmente nuevo cuenta con un dormitorio y un amplio salon cocina comedor lo que lo convierte en el alojamiento perfecto para hasta 2 personas ,no tiene balcón pero cuenta con una gran ventana con vistas a zonas verdes. La playa está a 5 minutos a pie y con facilidad a la hora de aparcar coches ya que esta muy cerca del recinto ferial. El apartamento cuenta con Wifi para poder estar conectado y teletrabajar.

This lovely apartment (117m2) in Fuengirola has everything! Comfortable beds, all kitchen appliances, air conditioning, underfloor heating, nice chairs on the terrace, etc. Everything like we have it at home. In addition to all the comfort in the house, there are shared facilities such as a heated swimming pool, a small gym and a roof terrace.The beach is 100 m away, the train to Malaga stops 200 m away and the center is within walking distance. Central but quietly located.
