Had an amazing stay at Jaay’s place! He was very responsive, answered any questions we had & checked in with us to make sure we were doing okay & if we needed anything & he also gave us lots of recommendations on things to do. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved it!!! Rufina was super friendly and accommodating, she got us a domino and since it was raining we had a great time playing at night, the beach nearby, the pool with warm water, we all loved it and we are looking forward to returning, super recommended!!!!

I had a great trip here everything was either 3 to 10 min drive anything I needed or requested Maribel was quick to respond and accommodate. Instructions were very clear and the place looks exactly as described I felt very welcomed and hope to come again

From beginning to end this place was a dream. Paradise in absolute luxury. Free Parking, huge gorgeous pool, private and safe, everything we needed made my stay the best ever! I would love to come back.

Perfect centrally-located condo for our Punta Cana vacation! Host's communication was excellent throughout our stay. The space is wonderfully roomy for 2-3 people with comfortable pull-out couch for additional guests. Powerful AC units kept us cool, and having a washer/dryer was incredibly convenient. WiFi handled streaming perfectly. Minor notes: mattress was somewhat thin and shower water never got truly hot (though manageable). During heavy rain, the street does flood temporarily - completely outside host's control. Overall, we absolutely recommend this fantastic property!

The photos do not do justice to such a nice apartment 🫶🏻 Well located in a gated community, very clean, spacious, with everything you need to spend a few days comfortably. It also had very well maintained green areas, a nice balcony facing the pool and always everything very quiet. The beach is nearby, there were not many people and it was beautiful the afternoon we were (we found the golf cart on the way and the driver took us very kindly). Thank you for everything Jenny 1000% recommended.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, and our stay was truly enjoyable. Upon arrival, the host thoughtfully provided us with a 20-liter can of water, which was a kind and welcoming gesture. Additional water was conveniently available for purchase at the main entrance if needed. However, the tap water had a strong bleach-like smell, which was quite unpleasant. The kitchen was well-equipped with enough utensils to accommodate four guests comfortably. While an additional blanket for the extra bed in the living room would have been appreciated, the host did provide extra bed sheets, which was helpful. The location was fantastic, with the beach and local shops within walking distance. The pool was well-maintained and clean.The host was responsive and attentive to any concerns we had. One minor inconvenience was that the main door was a bit tricky to open until we figured out the knack for it. Despite this, the overall experience was excellent. Bring your own laundry detergent.

Great breezy corner condo with pool view. Walking distace to the beach and some restaurants. Convenient little store/colmado nearby. Professional host who quickly responds to you questions. Equipped for short and long term guess. Good vibe and energy with other residents. Felt safe a a solo traveler. Look forward to booking again for my next trip.

What a beautiful stay we had at the this Airbnb. You will not be disappointed when entering this place. It looks just like the pictures, and in fact once you’re there, it’s so much cozier. Not to mention, all amenities and instruments are available at your disposable. Sladja was kind enough to leave us plenty of restaurant suggestions, which we strongly recommend la Bruja Chupadora (thank you Sladja!). The walk to the beach is easy and right down the street, about a 10 min-walk. Unfortunately, we were met with a lot of sargassum going to Los Corales Beach, BUT not to worry because there are plenty of other beaches to experience, including Macao Beach, which he had a blast at. Having a supermarket below was extremely convenient, they provide everything you need! The pool feels amazing! We strongly suggest using Ubers when going around the area, they take less than 2 min to arrive and we had beautiful experiences in downtown Punta Cana. All this to say, thank you Sladja for everything!

**5 Stars – Another Wonderful Stay!** This was not my first time staying at one of Ivan’s properties in Punta Cana, and once again, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Ivan is an exceptional host—extremely professional, kind, and always accommodating. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. What truly stands out is how Ivan goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are comfortable. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and he graciously allowed me to stay past check-out so I wouldn’t have to wait uncomfortably. That level of thoughtfulness means so much, especially when traveling. The property itself was spotless, well-equipped, and in a perfect location to enjoy everything Punta Cana has to offer. I always leave feeling relaxed and grateful, and it’s all thanks to Ivan’s hospitality. I will *always* stay at Ivan’s places whenever I return to the beautiful Dominican Republic. Highly recommended!

Ulyana’s place was wonderful. A view from every room. Her artists touches were woonderful. I absolutely loved the condo. The only thing I would recommend is AC in the living room area instead of just the bedroom. Otherwise it was a great stay. She’s a beautiful hostess with an awesome spirit!! Thank you

Accommodation with a good location, a great option for those who want to save money and enjoy a comfortable place close to points of interest. The size of the apartment is good. German was very attentive and available to meet my requests. The only drawback is the extra payment if you want to use the air conditioning.
