The excellent location helps to be within walking distance of the commercial center Zenia boulevard, golf courses and a 25-minute walk to enjoy the beach. Due to the panoramic windows, the apartment is always filled with sunlight. The kitchen area is equipped with German appliances, and the seating area is equipped with high-quality Italian furniture. There is a private pool that decorates our terrace.

Bring the whole family to this astefulplace with lots of room for fun.Fabulous outdoor space to include a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and living area ,BBQ and pool bar .A beautiful pool area with sun deck ,seated area ,dining area and shower .There is 3 spacious bedrooms all with Aircon bedroom 1 overlooks the beautiful pool and is located on the ground floor within close proximity to the bathroom .Bedroom 2 overlooks the pool and bedroom 3 has its own large terrace which had views to the sea

Villamartin house in beautiful location

Our cosy and modern bungalow is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. There is a solarium with stunning views to the sea. It is walking distance to a variety of bars, shops and restaurants. There are many excellent beaches just a short 10 minute drive away. A car is advisable. Please note: Due to a change in the law by the Communidad de Valenciana, all Airbnb hosts in this area are only able to accept bookings for 10 days or less. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause.
