Magnificent house with spectacular views of the Atazar reservoir, comfortable house with two floors, 2 bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs. Rooms are opened according to the number of people, common areas are left available throughout the house. A bathroom and toilet downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. It cooks on both floors. Large terrace where you can enjoy the sunset and the starry sky and glazed porch overlooking the reservoir downstairs. We have installed a detachable pool for the summer.

La Bila fue construida en 1947, en una colonia de casas de piedra. Su interior está completamente rehabilitado. Tiene una espectacular piscina para el verano y un jardín para disfrutar en todas las épocas del año. La parcela está completamente vallada y alejada de la carretera, es muy silenciosa. Gracias a su aislamiento, tanto en verano como en invierno la temperatura interior es muy agradable. La cocina dispone de equipamiento en cuanto a menaje y utensilios, destaca también su amplitud.
