Amazing "Apartamento de flamenco " in Spain

Amazing apartment for holiday rental located in Los Alcazares, 50 m from the sea. The apartment is decorated with attention to every detail so that the guests feel comfortable, it is also fully equipped. A terrace overlooking the sea and beautiful gardens with exotic plants allows you to relax. The beach isa 3-minute walk from the beach, and there are plenty of water attractions surfing , kitessurfing , windsurf school, swimming club, water equipment rental ( Spinosa Center ) etc.

Villa Santi is a charming flat centrally located in the Mar Menor coastal town of Los Narejos, 200 metres from the beach, with the tourist walk with a multitude of restaurants, bars and shops at street level. It is only a few metres from the C.A.R (Centro de Alto Rendimiento), public parks and the beach promenade. Beach of the Narejos. The Alcázares. Ground floor.

The house has been completely renovated in May 2021. The house is on the ground floor, with no steps. The shower is very wide and you can access it without scans, which makes the house perfect for the elderly or disabled. There are two accesses, from the parking area you access the apartment through the kitchen and from the entrance door of the street you access the lounge. The house is located about 200m from the beach and there are several shops within three minutes by car.

The apartment is 150 meters from the beach. It is on the ground floor, fully equipped, bright and suitable for families and for teleworking. It has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, an office, a bathroom and an interior patio. The terrace in the front of the house is a nice place to enjoy the ocean breeze. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has air conditioning and ceiling fans. Fiber optic internet is 300 Mbits. 150 meters to the beach

Brand new luxury first floor apartment with private terraces and a communal roof top pool. This property is in the heart of los alcazares and a three minute walk to the beach. This spacious three bed two bathroom apartment is beautifully decorated and has all the mod cons included perfect for a family holiday.
