Whether it’s your first time in SB or you’re a returning traveler, Kyle’s stay is the perfect spot to reside during your visit! Starting off with its location near needed stores and recommended restaurants like Jeanine’s diner, you can’t ask for a better location. A stay should consist of both an Experience along with Convenience and this home provides both. In using AirBnB, I think prompt communication from a host is a strong factor of making the stay a great one and Kyle executed that “to a T”! An issue would arise, she was quick to respond! I appreciate the home, the location and the professionalism that Kyle displayed during my visit.

Perfect place had everything you need for a great stay Fully stocked kitchen pans plates, cups, and a cute little dining area loved the big tree in the back for shade was beautiful And being only nine minutes away from UCSB was amazing to be able to visit our daughter who is attending there for college

My friends and I booked this stay for our weekend girls trip. It was everything we were looking for! Great location if you don’t mind noise late into the night and early morning—which we didn’t. The host was very quick to respond to our questions as well. This stay will be truly one to remember in our books!

Aaron’s place was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The price was very reasonable for what we got and definitely felt like a good value. Communication was smooth, and check-in was easy.

I would highly recommend Jonathan’s place to anyone looking to stay in Santa Barbara. It was incredibly clean, kitchen and bathroom stocked with everything you could need, very comfy bed and a special mention must be given for the shower (great shower head and nice water pressure)

We had a wonderful stay in Montecito while helping our daughter move during the busy UCSB graduation weekend! The apartment was absolutely perfect—clean, beautifully decorated, and tucked away in a peaceful, charming neighborhood. It offered the perfect mix of comfort and luxury, and we truly felt at home. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to Santa Barbara, UCSB, and the stunning beaches. The area was easily walkable to local dining and shops. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio and relaxing evenings with ocean breezes after the festivities. Our host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. This trip was such a special moment for our family, and staying here made it even more memorable. We will be back! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area—especially for UCSB families!

I think this is the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in!! The place is a short walk to downtown and easy parking! Like some of the reviews say you can hear some noise upstairs, but we were expecting that so not an issue! I would say maybe bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper otherwise this place is perfect! Also much bigger inside than the pictures look!

This place is a hidden gem in Santa Barbara. Beautiful neighborhood, home has great outdoor and indoor space. I felt right at home. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would choose to stay here next time over other places.

Heather was a great host. I stayed for close to three months so I really got to know the area and any time I had any queries with Heather. She got right back to me and resolved any questions I had. She’s flexible with pets, which is really helpful since a lot of places don’t take pets Yeah, great day awesome hosts. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Great location with clean studio style apartment. Downtown is just a few minutes away. Eduardo is responsive and very professional.

Stayed in Solvang with my husband, father and toddler - apartment was really spacious, big rooms and good lounge/kitchen. The outside patio was small but a perfect size for the grill (we used every night for 3 nights!) and table and chairs. The complex has a reception with small groceries to buy and they were really helpful with our questions. We also used the swimming pool and games room which was great for us and the toddler! Would recommend this spot for a Solvang stay.

This is a really awesome place. You feel very removed and right in nature (a short walk from a beautiful hike) but just a short 10 minute drive to downtown. It was also super easy to get an Uber/Lyft. The cabin was clean and exactly as described. Would definitely stay again!

Maddi responded quickly. House was very comfortable and well located near East Beach. There was a handy small market nearby. Restaurants were within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay there again!

Because we had a full house we set up this Airbnb for a guest.s They were a young couple with two small children and this Airbnb was perfect. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful stay

My husband and I along with our daughter, son in law and grand daughter, spent 10 nites at Zora’s place over the Christmas holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed the space and being able to be together to play games and open presents. The close proximity into Solvang and its Julefest made for fun walks. We also enjoyed nearby wineries, Santa Barbara and local parks. I do think in 2024 in the Tech State of California not having free high speed WiFi is a bit anachronistic. Paying an additional $5 per device for poor bandwidth was unnecessary and annoying. That criticism however is not a negative reflection on Zoar but rather the Worldmark property policy

Great spot, especially this end unit overlooking the beautiful rolling hillsides. Super walkable location and provided exactly what we needed. Place was super spacious and allowed us to really spread out and relax. Thanks for everything!
