Monthly Rentals in Los Silos

I am very happy how the communication went. The place was perfectly clean and likable. There are several smaller supermarkets in the closer vicinity, so you can get everything needed by foot. Also, the next bus stop is about a 20min walk from the apartment. I enjoyed walking there. It is definitely a place where you can stay without a car. Definitely recommended

Christian was very proactive in sending us instructions and good addresses. The views are very nice. The apartment is better than in the photos, the sofa has been changed 🙂 Very well equipped, washing machine and dishwasher with doses, very appreciable. Namely, the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The surroundings are very quiet, but the soundproofing in the residence is quite light, you can easily hear the neighbors. I think we didn't have much luck, but the sky was still overcast with a lot of wind (early June), while driving 30 minutes, we found the sun and the heat. The city is quite small and not very lively, for people who want peace and quiet, it's very good, otherwise it's better to drive a little to visit the surroundings. 1h-1h20 from Teide hikes, 1h from Los Gigantes and Puerto de la Cruz, the location is good if you like to move 🙂

We had a truly unforgettable stay in Los Silos an experience we’ll always cherish. The evenings spent enjoying dinner and drinks in the garden were magical, full of charm and warmth. I had a bit of trouble with the check-in process because I was swamped and forgot to send my details, but Jan was incredibly patient and kind, calling a few times to help me through it all with genuine care. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped everything from toasters and mixers to an oven and a wide range of seasonings. If you love to cook, you’ll feel right at home. If you’re looking for a stay that leaves a lasting impression, Casa La Moringa is the place to be. Thank you Jan and Susanne !
