We loved our stay here! Convenient location, great house, plenty of room for a group or you could do a couples getaway here. We loved the pool and hot tub! I would rebook anytime!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s house. Very comfortable accommodations. Everything we needed was there to enjoy our time at the house. Close to everything fun in Bentonville. Her restaurant recommendations were great. So glad we chose this spot.

Beautiful home close to town yet felt secluded in the country. (other than times when events were going on next door, which were not a problem at all.) Great pool area with lots of pool toys, fire pit, seating, hot tub and shade. Comfortable beds and a nice big kitchen, as well as two living rooms too. Pool is down a hill and some stairs, so might be hard for mobility impaired. Lots of wildlife on property, we saw deer, beaver, lizards and a large variety of birds. Host was very responsive. Great home, nice pool, perfect location.

My husband and I booked this place last minute when we decided to cancel our float trip because of the weather. The giant windows were perfect to watch the lightning and the house was really unique and a prefect place to get away for the weekend.

We had a great stay! The home was very clean and in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Our host was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Just a heads-up: the house is about 30 minutes from the nearest grocery store, so be sure to stock up before you arrive. Our only hiccup wasn’t related to the house or our host, but with one of the fishing guides we had booked. Due to weather, wind, and debris in the water, one of our trips was canceled, and unfortunately, the guide wouldn't offer a refund—just a chance to rebook, which didn’t help us much since we were only there for three days and had driven over 8 hours to get there. On a positive note, we met another guide whose family owns the Beaver Dam Store. He was incredibly kind and helpful—especially with our kids! He showed them the basics of trout fishing from shore, and thanks to him, we ended up catching a few. If we come back, we’d definitely try booking with him instead. Great place to stay.

Great home for a family or group. Large main floor bedroom with en suite. All other bedrooms are upstairs. Inside the home was very clean and well appointed with lovely decor combining modern elements with fixtures and features true to the history of the home. A unique property. The drive to the home is lovely and we enjoyed evening walks as well as rocking on the front porch. Justin was quick to communicate, and when we made him aware that the coffee pot was broken, he had a new one delivered within an hour.

We loved our stay. Everything was better than described, especially the view. Our 4 year old loved the "Forest home" and all the toys that were available. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

We are 2nd time renters of this property and loved it. Very nice for families. Private and worth the price. Clean and comfortable. Easy to relax.

We highly recommend Fatima's place. It was "out of town" which made it relaxing and peaceful, but it was an easy drive to everything. It felt very cozy, and the bed was comfortable - we got a good night's sleep every night there. My only issue was getting there. Not being familiar with the area, we struggled a bit to find it the first time. Fatima had advised us to not use GPS and gave us instructions. I would recommend using GPS (it worked fine) until you get in the area near the cabins for more specific instructions. Don't let that stop you from booking though, as it was an absolutely wonderful place!!!

This is a wonderful little get away home. Traci is very easy to work with directions where simple and very easy to follow. Check in and out was simple. The home is decorated very cute and has a very comfortable feel the hot tub was a great way to start and finish a day. Definitely looking forward to coming back with the kids and making s’mores by the fire pit.

Great little cozy place to stay! 3 of us had plenty of room & enjoyed the outside space with hot tub. Conveniently located to all the area has to offer! Thx for a great stay:)

Really amazing place. Remote but close enough to Bentonville. Never saw a neighbor but saw lots of turkey and deer. Just a very peaceful setting would stay again.

This house is amazing. I can’t say enough about it. The location is 12-ish minutes from Bentonville and 20 to Rogers. If you enjoy some singletrack, there is a trail literally to the left of the house if you’re looking at it. The deck is super peaceful and you’re surrounded by beautiful trees. Clinton has done an amazing job making sure you don’t feel like you’re missing anything. There’s a great coffee maker, full utensil sets and even plastic, kids’ plates, cups and utensils. There are clear instructions on how to use the amenities (cold plunge, sauna, hot tub). I’m definitely coming back.

This home was a great place for a holiday getaway for a larg(ish) group of mothers and kids of all ages. The deer in the front yard and the deck's hot tub were both big hits for everyone. With so many people in the house, water pressure was a bit of an issue but the hosts were prompt to communicate about it with us. Overall would recommend this place for anyone's Eureka Springs visit.

LOVED staying here at this beautiful home! It was so perfect for our long weekend away. Beautiful views, scenic drives, and the house was absolutely adorable. Super cozy and comfy and also a short drive to down to do things if you wanna get out. 100% recommend this stay and the hosts !

Absolutely amazing. My family and I traveled from Topeka to Seligman to scout for a photography retreat. There was some noise from a house being built which is out of everyone’s control and Ron was super quick to refund when he didn’t have to! He went out of his way and it was truly amazing. I’d recommend this place to everyone, BUT watch out for deer!

Everything was great with the house and the host! Very responsive and helpful. We unfortunately came at the wrong time due to the lake being flooded(nobody’s fault). Fortunately for us, we were there for the peace and quiet away from the city. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful stay at this location! There was much more room and beds than I anticipated . The location was stunning and the hosts were very responsive. I will definitely book here again.

Loved the amenities (hot tub and fire pit), everything was clean and well kept (and labeled! So helpful!). Instructions for checkout were very direct and easy to follow. We had our 4 kids with us and fit us all great.

I had a great stay at Darrell’s place. The house was spacious, peaceful, and made for a very relaxing week. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, which added to the overall comfort. My only suggestion would be to improve the WiFi speed. As a traveling professional who relies heavily on video calls and online work, fast internet is a must. However, if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway and internet speed isn’t a priority, I highly recommend Darrell’s place. It’s a perfect spot—peaceful, comfortable, and conveniently located near Eureka Springs, Rogers, and Bentonville.

The Cliffhanger cottage is the perfect place to get away and relax. It’s the perfect size for 2 people. It was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!

We have a large family that was attending a wedding in Eureka Springs. This place had plenty of room for us and bathrooms to get ready and was 30 minutes from the venue. Everyone complimented the comfy beds which was so important being away from home. We also had time to enjoy a night around the fire pit with smores. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.
