You will enter independently thanks to a procedure that I will send you around 3 p.m. (in pdf by WhatsApp or in photo by SMS). I will of course remain available at that time if you have any questions or concerns, as well as throughout the stay. On your checkout date, you can leave the property until 12:30 p.m. at the latest. Instructions will be noted on the front door.

Enjoy elegant & central accommodation with this fully renovated 40 m² “Loft” style duplex apartment. Charming & bright, it is on the 3rd & top floor of a small south-facing building and offers you a panoramic view of the roofs of the Gaillarde city and the collegiate church. There you will find an equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room with second double bed & an office space. Place de la Guierle and its famous covered market are 200 m away & the train station 10 minutes away on foot.

Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

The light open plan living area has views over the garden and is fully equipped for all year round use. Whether it’s reading a book in one of the relaxing armchairs whilst enjoying the fire in the colder evenings, or enjoying a coffee on the private patio in the sun; the sunsets and stars are incredible. Nous sommes très contents d'avoir réalise une nouvelle cabane au Domaine de Lalande-Laborie, tout proche de Montignac-Lascaux et ses fameuses grottes. Vous apprécieriez notre Cabane pour sa belle vue sur les forets et les prés et son intérieur tout confort et très accueillant ! La Cabane est climatisée et chauffée. Une vaste terrasse très agréable sur laquelle vous pourrez prendre votre apéritif & petit déjeuner, tout en contemplant la nature (milans, chevreuils, écureuils).

Nestled in a green setting where the magic of water reigns everywhere, it will seduce you with its beauty, tranquility and authenticity. Le Bureau is a stone cottage for 2 people, consisting of a living room (view of the water) with equipped kitchen, a bedroom (1 bed 140), a bathroom with toilet and a balcony equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Quiet in a setting of greenery as far as the eye can see, it is an ideal compromise to combine sightseeing and rest. In a village with all shops: supermarket, 2 bakeries, tobacco, newspapers, 2 restaurants, pond with its open-air café. Located close to RD 6089 and Highway A 89 (4 km). The entrance to the accommodation is independent access from the back of the house.
