There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a double bedroom on the ground floor with family bathroom. Wheelchair access possible. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. A third bedroom with king size double bed and en suite shower room. The large outdoor covered terrace looks over the garden and private swimming pool and BBQ area.Lovely country views.

Our gites are perfectly situated to explore the bastide towns and chateaux of the region, and fully equipped with everything you need to chill on rest days. The Cottage sleeps 4, with one large double bed and two singles, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and lounge. it also has a private outdoor seating area with barbeque.

In the heart of the Périgord Noir, come and take a break under the oaks. At the crossroads of the Dordogne, Lot and Vézère valleys, you will find the charming village of Carlux 2 minutes away. You will have shops (grocery store, butcher and bakery) and nature activities in the immediate vicinity (canoes, bike path, hiking and swimming along the Dordogne). Large shopping malls are 10 minutes away (Sarlat-Souillac). Shared pool with another 4-5 person vacation rental.
