This family home, partly from the 17th century, is an old water mill. It is located in a small hamlet in the countryside between Périgord and Quercy. The outdoor spaces are large, with a small pond nearby. The lush surrounding nature, the terrace and courtyard area offer a soothing cocoon, between the old golden stones of the buildings and the greenery of the trees, under the blue sky, meditative walk, relaxing, calm, gentle, punctuated by the sound of the water.

As you step into the cottage, you'll first encounter the kitchen featuring a charming handmade 4-meter wooden table and complete amenities. Ascend the stairs to the second floor housing a cozy lounge area and bedrooms. The lounge offers comfortable seating, including super big floor cushions. There are two bedrooms with single beds and two with queen-sized beds. Additionally, the bathroom on this floor features toilets, showers, and two wash basins.
