Two covered dining terraces — an 80m² sail-shaded Grand Terrace, and classic terracotta tiled lunch terrace. A 10 × 5 m Roman-end pool sits at the heart of the gardens. The house is hot and cosy in winter, and cool in summer (Possibility to pick you up at the train station or airport for small extra fees)

Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.
