We had a great time with the family. The house is relaxing, quiet, soothing. A magnificent view 🤩 Very well equipped, we didn't miss anything, the house is very clean. Berengere was a fabulous host and personally welcomed us to the rental unit and came for the check out. She was extremely responsive to questions I sent in advance of our stay about things like parking options and a restaurant reservation, and remained in touch during our stay. We are English speakers and Berengere was fluent in English. The flat is terrific, centrally located in the old part of Vannes. It is very spacious and comfortable, with an extremely well stocked kitchen with modern appliances as well as laundry machines. The front of the flat faces a pedestrian street that can be lively during tourist season, but the flat has new insulated windows that buffer street noise and the main bedroom is on the back side and very quiet. Berengere's hospitality and lovely flat made for a great stay in Vannes!

Very nice little apartment, nice sea view, the terrace is a real plus and we had beautiful weather to enjoy it. The pool is a stone's throw away, which is ideal with children. Thank you for a lovely week.

Philip and Annette’s place was a great place to spend our 5 nights in Dinan. Situated in the middle of the Historic Centre everything is at your doorstep. They were excellent hosts allowing us to check in early and responding quickly to our messages. Also left lots of extras in the apartment to make our stay enjoyable including a bottle of wine snacks and all the condiments you need if you want to eat in. Lots of space comfortable bed great bathroom. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we go back to Dinan highly recommended!

A true gem! If you are looking for a place in St Malo, this is the one! Conveniently located, with a side sea view from the window, quiet with the sounds of seagulls and waves… The appartement is also perfectly equipped. It was our second vacation with our baby and we were amazed by all baby accessories Marion prepared for us. From the bed to the chair, including the cutlery and the bath thermometer! An awesome place whether you are a solo traveler, a couple or a family! Thank you Marion

Stay in a nice apartment, well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view. Drinks available in the fridge upon arrival. Thank you for your attention. Private parking space appreciated. Several tourist destinations less than 1 hour from the apartment recommended by Hervé and Sylvie. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

The apartment is impeccably clean, a few steps from the beach with fine sand, ideal for children. It is well located in front of the sea. The owner was kind enough to greet us on arrival and is available for any questions. We recommend it.
