Paul’s cabin is very well appointed and spectacularly clean. There are some good restaurants within a 30 minute drive. Spent time fishing, boating, building campfires and relaxing in the hot tub. Great weekend - everyone enjoyed it.

We had a very comfortable stay in this beautifully and tastefully decorated apartment. Everything was clean, labeled, super cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. After spending hours on the road, the king size bed was a slice of heaven and I felt like I slept on a cloud. A special treat were the fresh eggs from their chickens. Such a lovely touch! Highly recommend this charming spot!

Melanie was super informative & accurate with details. You can tell she cares about the comforts we all tend to take for granted in our own homes. Our only regret is we didn’t book our trip long enough. Usually I am anxious to get back home after a few days away but I was sad to leave this time. I would 100% recommend this beautiful & peaceful home to anyone..

Don’t let the neighborhood scare you. It was a peaceful area and a beautiful clean home with comfortable beds. Slept well.

My wife, pup, and I had a great stay at Cindy’s house. It is a nice quiet location that is across from a creek. The house was a great size and Cindy made us feel welcomed and had a few things for our dog. Cindy was welcoming, responsive, accommodating, and an all amount great host!

due to flight delay we were very late for our check-in. Eileen went above and beyond and even made the extra bed on the couch for us. It was a very comfortable stay and if in the area again we would return :-)

Excellent place that was exactly like the pictures. Properties by Preston was quick with responses and had all information needed immediately upon booking. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the Farragut area as it is central to accessing all around the city.

Without a doubt, my favorite AirBNB to date. It is exactly the type of place I would love to call home, and Barb and Greg were just the most accommodating hosts. We had plans to get out and spend most of our time looking for things to do, but ended up spending so much time at the apartment, because the farm is idyllic and being there, reading a book that Barb supplied, was exactly what I needed. There was not one thing that we lacked during our stay. Barb has thought of everything, including snacks, teas, essential out diffuser (my fav), and a well equipped kitchen. If you love nature, wildlife, and gorgeous landscape, this is the place for you. Finding new friends, in Barb, Greg and Tucker were an added bonus. Thank you for a STELLAR stay!

Great location! Outstanding communication! The apartment itself is perfect, has all the necessary items and furnishing. It’s not super duper fancy but you get all that you need, especially in this price range. Nearby to everything and a fantastic bakery right next to it along with great bar/restaurant across the street.

A nice apartment, far enough out of town to be quiet, yet close enough not o feel isolated. Some traffic noise from I40, but it never bothered me. I’d definitely stay again!

Very cool little apartment. The entrance is a little awkward but overall the place is just nicely remodeled and really neat. Definitely different than I expected and not like anything you normally find.

He was even able to accommodate my request for an early check-in as I had a function to attend that night and needed to get ready. Overall, it was a very pleasurable weekend . Despite the location above a busy intersection and restaurant, was reasonably quiet at night. Through, the periodic train passing through will wake you up each night.

We had a wonderful weekend stay in Oak Ridge. John and Amanda have a well designed and thoughtful home. Both beds were comfortable; and the kitchen was well equipped for making quality meals. Gas stove and a nice fridge were welcomed pieces. Definitely a place we’d stay again.

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! We were in town for our daughter’s college orientation and the location was perfect for visiting the UT campus regularly. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen and family room were beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable and will definitely stay again!

Place was clean, just as described, everything (AC, water heater, etc.) worked great. Getting access to the room was very easy and we had no issues with the parking pass. Would stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly like the pictures, and the bed was super comfy. Plus, the place smelled amazing! The parking was such a fantastic perk, especially since finding parking in this area can be a challenge, especially now with the new baseball stadium nearby. We loved that it was just a short walk to Gay Street and right across the street from Balter Beerworks, where the food, drinks, and service were all top-notch. I’m already looking forward to our next trip to Knoxville so I can book this awesome place again!

We loved our stay here and look forward to staying again. There’s good food a ten minute walk away. The place was spotless and very comfy. The shower was a step above most. I would recommend this to any couple looking to enjoy the town.

Excellent place! Cute, well organized and clean. Lots of light <3 Within walking distant of Market Square. Will definitely stay again if we came back to Knoxville!
