This place was great. When you arrive, you check in with security and they give you a gate card to scan to get into the community for your stay. The house is great, decor is fun, the plunge pool is nice and it is convenient that there is a half bath right off the lanai so you don’t have to truck through the house wet. The kitchen seems to have plenty of cooking utensils, pans etc. The community pool, slide and lazy river was nice. The Saturday of our stay they had a dj at the community pool, it was loud and the music was awful (nothing to do with this rental company though. ) They check your bags for drinks on the way in, probably because they sell them there. I feel we spend enough on our vacay we should be able to bring our own beverages for relaxing at the pool. I would definitely use this company again!Any questions or concerns I had were answered in a very timely manner. My only suggestion is that they give the place a deep clean… rugs and touch up the paint.

Staying at Anitha’s place was an absolute pleasure for our 1st Air BnB experience. She truly thought of everything — from fresh towels and extra soap to cozy blankets and thoughtful touches throughout the space. Great house, the theming really made it stand out. Great location close to most of the theme parks. Will book again for the next family trip.

We thought our holiday weekend in FL was ruined due to another AirBnb not being what we were expecting and had to abruptly leave but still had two days in FL. Host responded very fast and friendly, answered all my questions. The house was absolutely what we were looking for, stuff for kids and adults and right across from clubhouse and water park.

Laura was great, very responsive to our messages and dealt with everything promptly. The villa was lovely, really clean and well presented, just as expected from the photos. We had quiet of bugs in the master bath tub, Laura assured us this is due to the season and being by the lake however, very quickly organised someone to come out and spray them the next morning and we had no more bugs the rest of our 2 weeks stay!! The pool was lovely, the kids absolutely loved it. There were already inflatables there for the pool which was a lovely touch. The only downside was the distance from the villa to Disney and universal. On average, it would take 45 minutes to get to Disney factoring in traffic. To get home late at night we would average 35 minutes with light to little traffic. Universal was averaging 1 hour to get there in the morning and about 45 minutes home at night. This meant we couldn’t “pop back to the pool” in the afternoon heat as would take 1.5-2hours of the afternoon.

Awesome stay.very clean. The beds were so comfortable. The pool was a big hit because it had basketball hoops. Stephen provided many towels.ty. Arcade games were wonderful. The movie theatre area was the best. I could go on and on. Highly.recommend. one of the best airbnb ever. Thank you for your kindness, grace and professionalism.

Pirate and Princess house was an amazing stay. Location is beautiful and the house is just as described. Our family loved the themed rooms, and having the pool and hot tub was a relaxing way to spend vacation after returning from the parks. We can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Cheryl and her husband are the most kind and genuine people! Everything was perfect, the unit was extremely clean upon arrival and stocked up! We got to enjoy the kayaks and beautiful sunsets, there were a ton of fish to catch too! I will definitely be returning! Thank you again!!

Ótimo lugar para se hospedar. Cama muito confortável e bairro silencioso. Muito limpo e organizado. Bonita decoração e boa localização próximo a restaurantes, Walmart e cerca de 30 minutos da Disney e Universal. Os proprietários respondem rapidamente e são muito solícitos. Recomendo fortemente e voltaria mais vezes.

Andrea’s listing was perfect for our trip! The amenities were amazing! The only small thing is I wish the bathroom had another towel rack, but besides that everything was truly perfect! I look forward to staying here again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this vacation unit, managed by Denisse! The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Every room was impeccable—clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The Tuscany Resort amenities were truly a dream. From the serene pool area to the quiet, well-kept surroundings, everything added to the perfect vacation vibe. Denisse was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and made the whole experience seamless. We’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

The location was great. It’s a quick drive to Peppa Pig Theme Park, Artcade and Whitehead Blueberry Farm. The walk to Grove Roots Brewery was less than 10mins. Bok Tower is a 30mins drive. The house was very kid friendly! We have a 4 month old and 2 year old. It worked out so well. The hosts were very nice! We would stay there again!

Perfect spot for our family while visiting Legoland! Clean and comfortable amenities (full kitchen, A/C, washer/dryer) with convenient parking, and a nice porch. Will definitely come back!

this was our second stay at this home both for two weeks,what a lovely home this is and full of character with lots of nooks and crannys everywhere,plenty of room though maybe a bit smallish for 6 adults but ideal for four,very clean inside and out with beautifull views and lots of wildlife to see from the patio area,we saw deer,gatorts,racoons,snake,turtles,various birds of all sizes including an osprey,diana the owner was very helpfull with any problems,,,,,,,,,,,the only problem we had was the annoying noise,dust ect from the large building site directly next door,sadly they have dug up the smallish woods next to this property and building more homes which is such a shame though it didnt ruin our holiday in any way just a shame though,hopefully it will be finished soon and will look better though nothing can replace the trees they cut down,thank you so much diana for letting us stay there,hopefully will rebook for next year.

Very peaceful, a bit smaller than expected. I appreciated the host for her fast responsiveness. Even went out of her way to have a blow-dryer dropped off for me which I’m very grateful for.. The only thing that I would have to consider for the next time is It’s not gated around property so my dogs always had to be on a leash but it was overall a calm area.

Great place, kids can ride bikes, great pool and clubhouse, close to parks. Friendly people and beautiful areas all around. Nice lake too.

The place was amazing! It was just as described, peaceful, outdoorsy, and comfortable. Our dogs enjoyed running around and our kids loved fishing off the dock. We recommended this place if you enjoy the outdoors.

We stayed at Hernans place for a weekend and it was great for what we needed it for. To give an honest review I must say, upon entering it is important to note that this is very clearly an older building so some things are a little worn, no problem! We had a housekeeping issue and contacted Hernan and within 3 hours, the housekeeping team came and corrected all issues for us. Truly such an accommodating and kind host. We weren’t in the house much but when we were there we felt safe and comfortable. One thing I will note, there were 3 of us staying for a weekend with 1 roll of toilet paper. That was the only thing I forgot to mention to the host but I am sure if I did mention it, he would have corrected it. Great stay, great host!
