Paradise place... This is my 2nd stay in this apartment and I always look out with my eyes full of stars.

Enjoy your stay to discover Sète and its surroundings. Small well-equipped accommodation with balcony in the sun until early afternoon, very nice you still think you are on the beach. pleasant sea view. historic center of Sète 40 min walk. but beach 2 min away! 2 weak points: the absence of a dishwasher and the sound insulation between bedroom and living room and between accommodation. not inconvenient in small season but must probably be in summer.

The property is an excellent starting point for discovering Sète. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is close, about a 5-minute walk. The city center is further away, but you can get there by bus. Just make sure that it does not run too often and the last one starts around 8 pm. But otherwise, it's a pleasant walk from the apartment to the center. The apartment is in a very tidy house. Clean and comfortable. Didier is a great host. Although he does not speak English, he is very helpful and flexible. We had a great time.

I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. ideally located accommodation if you are looking for calm, nature and disconnections but close to the city center (10-15min). Patrick welcomed us and introduced us very kindly. An ideal base to crisscross this beautiful region. I will not hesitate to rent this accommodation again.

Very nice quiet apartment with astounding views of the Thau pond. Clean and well organized. Cleaning was not included in the prize and proper cleaning materials not provided.

We spent 3 days in Stéphan's accommodation and we immediately adopted it. It is very functional, bright, pleasant to live in. The rooms are large, the bedroom even has a terrace. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, and the toilets are separate, which is nice. As it is on the ground floor, the apartment has a very large shaded terrace that allows you to eat outside. Even though it is on the edge of the coastal avenue, calm reigns and at night no noise disturbs our sleep. The beach is just opposite, you just have to cross the dune. The presence of a few small local shops about 500 meters away is a plus. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, good quality bedding with a 160 bed. It has a private parking space in the residence In a nutshell, you feel good at Stéphan's!

Thierry is a very nice host and his home is in a secure and particularly quiet residence. The 3-week stay for my spa treatment went very well because there is nothing missing in this comfortable studio with its beautiful terrace and a 10-minute walk to beautiful beaches in the form of coves. I recommend it for any stay in the beautiful city of Sète where there are many places to visit or things to do. Dominique

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

An idyllic stay by the sea! We had a great time at Philippe's apartment ideally located on the seafront. The daily market, right at the foot of the accommodation, offers a nice selection of fresh local products: a real pleasure to cook or just feast. Many shops are also within walking distance, making everyday life very convenient. The beach is superb and perfect for long walks . The apartment is comfortable and well equipped , a real little corner of heaven for a relaxing holiday.

Probably the best Airbnb we've booked, very faithful to the photos, I recommend this accommodation without hesitation. Very close to the sea, the air conditioning is a real plus, which feels good after a day at the beach. We will come again!!!

Welcome by Mélanie, very pleasant and smiling. Apartment very well located, with sea view as advertised, clean, complete, modern and functional amenities. Garage on the same level as the apartment, facilitating the transfer of luggage. The only drawback was the narrowness of the garage for our vehicle.

This is our second time in this accommodation and nothing to complain about. Very clean and functional accommodation. The big plus is the pool and close to the city center. I highly recommend it.

Fanny's place is really good, spacious, very clear, the terrace is nice ... if there is not a strong Tramontane! Only downside, the lamps on the sofa in the living room and bedrooms are insufficient to read if your view is a little weak. Having a private garage and bike storage is a plus (as long as you don't have a vehicle too high), with elevator with direct access from the floors to the garage. Otherwise there is huge free parking across the street. In fact, the whole residence is well secured. We were very well received by Djaouida, who is very kind and responds quickly to questions. In addition, the apartment had everything you could need: cleaning products, kitchen accessories, spices, various sauces. WiFi works great. Located right in front of a rising bridge, it offers a real recurring show! We really felt very good in this apartment and we warmly recommend it.

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was as described and the instructions were very clear. In addition, the owner is very responsive and professional. The apartment is in very good condition and the decor is neat. The amenities are functional. The only downside is that the GPS did not quite lead us to the residence so we drove around a bit to find it because it is a little off the road.
