This studio for 2 persons is on the first floor, it is 26 square meters and consists of a kitchen, equipped with all accessories such as dishwasher and oven, bathroom with washing machine and double bedroom. It has a large terrace with amazing sea view where to eat and relax. It is new and was completed in June 2018.

The Water side studios offer you an excellent location: The sandy Lourdas beach with azure waters is about 150 m away. The studios are furnished with a kitchenette, bathroom with sink, shower&WC; double bed or 2 single beds; fold-out chair-bed or extra bed if needed.
