Fue una estadia hermosa. El alojamiento es perfecto. Comodo, amplio, moderno, super completo. Tanto la piscina como el gimnasio los aprovechamos. La playa es pequeña pero Nassau ofrece varia playas amolias y bellas para disfrutar. Excelente ubicación. Tamara nos dio las instrucciones de ingreso mas una cantidad de consejos para hacer en Nassau. Lo super aprovechamos. Fue muy amable y expeditiva. Nos permitió hacer late checkout que nos ayudo mucho con los horarios de vuelo. Realmente volveria y lo recomiendo!!

Initially a bit hesitant since the house had no reviews—but it turned out to be a fantastic find! It’s much more spacious than expected and comfortably accommodates 13 people (though some will need to share a bathroom). The open-plan living room and kitchen area was perfect for our group, with plenty of seating, and the outdoor space was ideal in the evenings, offering a lovely view of the garden, pool, and ocean. Surprisingly, the TV had what seemed like over 3,000 channels—we could even watch European soccer, which was a fun bonus (I need that setup at home!). The location is the real highlight: just a short walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Everything is just minutes away, and we barely needed the car—even though we had one. The pool area was quiet and practically felt private, and the nearby beach, while small, was perfect for our short stay. Overall, the house looks exactly like the photos. We’ll definitely be back—this is a rare gem and a solid 5.

What can I say about this place - I’ve stayed in AirBandB’s all over the world and this has to be the best. The location is breathtaking, the house its self is beautiful and the service we received from the hosts was outstanding. A big shout out to both Alicia and Florian for looking after to us, the communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in the Bahamas - this place cannot be beaten! 👍👍 Thanks guys - we will be back!!🥂x

This was our first time in the Bahamas. The place was right across the street from the beach, waking up or sitting on the balcony listening to the waves was amazing. We rented a car but the bus stop was only steps away. This home was connected with two other guest homes and were all occupied with friendly people. If you’re looking for a luxury vacation home this is the place with your own shared pool and own privacy. It located within walking distance of the beach and two local bars with food and drinks. Only thing I would change is to have more of a sidewalk cause the street can get busy at times.

I've been visiting Nassau for over 20 years and love the beautiful beaches. This sweet, well appointed apartment, is on one of the prettiest beaches on the island. The apartment was perfect for my husband and two kids and me. We had everything we needed including a beautiful view of a gorgeous beach with beach access. The security gate made us feel safe at night. It was just perfect.

From the moment of booking, Aurore & Fany were very responsive and proactive about communicating. When I arrived, Fany met me right outside and was very welcoming and helpful. The space was beautiful, peaceful, quiet and the neighborhood was so nice. Excellent restaurants within 2 min walking. I also rented a car directly through Aurore which was so convenient. They drop directly to you. Fany was very responsive if I needed anything. There were a couple times when I needed to reach out regarding the space and I was replied to right away and assisted. I would absolutely stay at this location again. Great hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The apartment is spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a great area with easy access to everything we needed. Ramon was an excellent host—he was very responsive, provided helpful recommendations, and made sure everything ran smoothly. We truly appreciated his hospitality. One Cable beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The unit was spotless . There was plenty of towels and the kitchen had plenty of condiments and cooking utensils. The pool is absolutely amazing with a beautiful beach view. It was within safe, walking distance to BaHaMar. 5 star host that was extremely responsive. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

PERFECT location, can’t get better than this, beach is literally steps away! Can walk to Atlantis and grocery store and restaurants. There are also scooters around that you can use and pay with your phone. Everyone at the condos is super friendly, the restaurant was open and it was really good! Such a solid vacation.

This was our first trip to Nassau and I was so happy with the condo! It has a perfect little private porch area, was quiet and safe and just steps to a beautiful beach that was never crowded. There are vendors with jet skies, tubes and parasailing right out on the beach but also plenty of space for safe swimming. Only 10 minute walk to many restaurants, highly recommend Anthonys, and basic supply stores. There is actually a full grocery market that had just opened and was working to get stocked called Soloman's Fresh Market. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely love our stay! Peaceful area very private. Kids enjoyed the pool every day lol and a bonus we were able to do laundry before leaving, no we clothes for traveling.

Jill’s house is beautiful and exactly as described. The location is perfect for exploring the island and enjoying the activities available. Three Island cruise which includes Pig Island was a highlight as was The Queens Steps in downtown Nassau, we took the bus which was very easy and cheap! My boys enjoyed a great night out at Atlantis! Jill is a very helpful, responsive host and Mr Beneby an excellent taxi service (another of Jill’s recommendations). The Poop Deck and Blue Sail restaurants are both excellent places to eat, both on the doorstep. All in all a fantastic stay in beautiful surroundings.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was very spacious, easy to find and the neighbors were very welcoming. Keep in mind there is no uber or Lyft and the house is about 15-17 minutes away from the main area. The house is located directly across the street from a clear blue water beach. There is a supermarket that’s about a 20 mins walk from the house so I would advise renting a car. The house itself was perfect for our needs! There was plenty of space, towels and the kitchen was completely stocked. We were able to utilize the gas grill and chairs provided to sit around the pool. I would highly recommend for large families.

Highly recommended, nice 3 story house, quite easy access to get it, somewhat private. Waking up to this beautiful view during my stay was amazing, nice pool & beach view.

I loved my stay at Sonia’s. Her & Kevin were so helpful and responsive in making our stay great and smooth. I LOVED how secluded and private the area was, while still safe and gated. The beach was isolated aside from a few locals and one or two other vacationers. Best part was the coral reefs, which were right outside your doorstep. I felt like I had them to myself and stayed out for hours every day. I saw so many fish so bring a guidebook! For comfort I would bring your own mask and snorkel though. Also, The views were great. Waking up everyday to the ocean outside your bay window, having breakfast and sunset wine on the screened porch that faced the ocean, even showering you can look out into the crystal clear waters. This was a perfect retreat that was away from the crazy cruise and resort crowd. If you don’t mind catering a bit for yourself or walking 25 mins (with caution) to the great restaurants down the road, this place is the perfect, paradise. We definitely will return!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is exactly as the pictures depict, beautiful! We had the beach completely to ourselves. The property manager Fred stays next door and was very responsive and helpful. The rental was clean and had everything we needed. We felt safe as this is located on the non touristy side of the island. My only recommendation is that they get an umbrella for shade when relaxing on the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Me and my friends enjoyed the weekend in The Bahamas at Sheena’s place. Close the airport, very convenient as one of my friends had an early flight to the family island. Great restaurants on Bay Street West, just a short drive away. Dino’s Gourmet Conch salad one of the best on Island. Would definitely stay there again.

Ubytování se nachází v dokonalé lokalitě - je tam klid, ale zároveň je to blízko ke všem hlavním turistickým cílům. Bydlení bylo krásné - čisté, hezky zařízené, velký prostor, opravdu to vypadá tak, jako na fotkách k nabídce. Měli jsme vše, co jsme potřebovali. :) K dispozici bylo i parkovací místo, soukromá pláž a bazén. Anishka je navíc moc milá a vstřícná hostitelka. Kdybych měla něco vytknout, tak maximálně to, že nám v kuchyni chyběly nějaké základní ingredience na vaření, jako olej, koření a tyhle maličkosti, nicméně to rozhodně nebylo nic úplně zásadního. :)

This was our second time staying at Ian’s place and it was once again a positive experience. Ian is extremely responsive and while you have complete privacy, it’s great knowing that any issues will be handled quickly. We love the gated community, the pool and playground. I highly recommend staying with Ian!

Right on the beach! This fabulous condo was easy to find, safe, private and very quiet. It was the perfect location for our family with grandparents and our small child. Host was extremely responsive and helpful, we felt very at home the moment we arrived. The location is very quiet so you will need a car, but we loved the private pool and beach that was empty for most of our stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

Staying at Theo’s place was an absolute pleasure! He is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had - exceptionally responsive, proactive, and genuinely kind. From the moment I booked, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. The place itself is well worth the price.
