There are two types of Airbnb places--the anonymous, investment property or the family home with everything you need (and more.) Carolyn's home was the later--all the way down to the picture of an American soldier in Paris in 1918. The place was exactly what we wanted for a girl's weekend away. We sat out on lawn chairs watching the sun set over the mountains. The road behind the house is noisy but not enough to disturb our sleep and the garden is beautiful. Speaking of sleep, my friend wanted me to emphasis how nice the beds were--cozy. They left eggs and bread and other items in the kitchen. They offered everything you needed--look for the induction burners in the hidden drawer above the pots and pans. We seemed to be 6 minutes from Old Town and everywhere else we wanted to go but we felt like we were out in the country.

I stayed with my family - including two children - and we found ourselves right at home. Cozy linens, plush carpets and board games in the living room made my kids and I feel comfortable. The unit is so well-appointed and while the cooking space is small, it was sufficient for our breakfast needs. Michael and Susan were both so warm and responsive. We did not feel like we were in a basement unit at all due to the large windows. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Denver area and have a vehicle.

Fantastic stay and would gladly stay here again. You have access to what I’ve always called a “mud room” that leads downstairs to your private basement. It feels super cozy and the hosts were fantastic. Lovely stay.

This apartment was central to all the activities we planned. Several good restaurants within 4 blocks. The bedroom was quiet, black out curtains ensured it was dark for sleeping, bed very comfortable. Kitchen had basics which served our breakfast and lunch needs. We are dinner out all nights. Will definitely stay again when we are back

My partner and I had such a lovely stay. Hosts were incredibly communicative and flexible, which we greatly appreciated. The place itself was very clean and cozy, and the surrounding area was quiet and walkable. Would recommend and would stay again!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay! The house was clean and comfortable, and having driveway parking was definitely a plus. It was a bit tricky to find the place in the dark during check-in, so arriving in daylight might be easier. Just a heads-up -- there’s a dog in the main house you can sometimes hear at night, but it wasn’t too disruptive. Would recommend for a quiet getaway!

Great quiet neighborhood but close to everything you need from supermarkets to scenic drives to national parks. Place was very clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Private entrance and space

Great place! Christopher was very responsive. The place is as described and the backyard and hot tub was great for a nice relaxing evening!

We loved our stay at Chris’s and Gretchen’s place. The home itself is beautiful, inside and out! The place was super clean and comfortable, and the linens were crispy white. It has every amenity you need, including perforated wavy toilet paper (little touches like this are noticeable and appreciated:-) Gretchen was very attentive and checked in to see if we needed anything halfway through our stay and the best part, we didn’t need to do anything on checkout besides RELAX. We would most definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Denver.

This location was comfortable and was the perfect choice for us while traveling. There was enough room for us to spread out and relax. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions and provided names of several local restaurants for us to visit. The rental is in a quiet neighborhood and close enough to the historic downtown in less than a 10 mins drive. I would highly recommend this Airbnb if you travel to, or around Ft. Collins! Our hosts were friendly and made us feel right at home!

A fantastic stay. Location is very good, especially if you want to explore Red Rocks, Boulder, Golden, and Denver as well. Everything was very comfortable, and the communication with Kendra couldn’t have been smoother. Great customer service!

This was a perfect space for a solo tripper to the park. Close to both visitor centers, but also not in the chaos of downtown Estes. Hosts were flexible on both the check in and check out. I was very satisfied.

This location was absolutely gorgeous! It was hard to tell where the actual entrance was because it was around the back, but besides that it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. Definitely considering coming back again soon!

AnneMarie and Ivan's place was perfect for us. The entryway was convenient for storing our bikes and equipment. Access to the running/biking trails was right out the door. We loved walking into downtown Niwot for coffee and food. The location was convenient for getting into Boulder and Niwot. The living space was very clean, bright and spacious. The dog barked at times but was never a nuisance. Overall, it was a great stay.

The place was spacious and open. It gave you room to make yourself feel at home! Location is very centered and close to multiple places! It was private and easy to get to. A couple of small friends greeted us (spiders and crickets inside & bunnies and squirrels were visible from our windows!) . Overall good experience!

Very comfortable stay! The host had a coffee and snack station, dishes, an entire large fridge, a washer and dryer, microwave and toaster oven, steamer and iron, ironing board, everything you could ask for! The neighborhood is gorgeous and very quiet and safe. Great location.
