There is a double bedroom, bathroom with a corner shower, fully fitted kitchen, dining table, 2 double sofas and 40” TV. Towels/bed linen are included. Welcome pack including home made cake, milk, bread etc.

Sleeps 2-4 guests in two double rooms (bedrooms are open plan). We can provide a cot. There are two sofas, sky TV, broadband and a dining area for 6. There is also a wet room. Kitchen with toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave & air frier but no hob/oven . Off-road parking and separate access.

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.
