Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lower Garden District, New Orleans

I would absolutely recommend this place if you’re in New Orleans. It is walking distance to everything. The instructions for checking in and details about parking were clear and helpful. Also, the response time was minutes after my question. There was a lot of space to spread out and it was very comfortable.

Beautiful historic home in a lovely neighbourhood, close to public transportation, bars, restaurants and more. Paula was always responsive.

My stay with Preservation Green was awesome! Absolutely stellar location, 2 blocks from Magazine Street and less than a block from a phenomenal sandwich/cocktail joint. Kendra was AMAZING, so accommodating and welcoming. Super responsive. Overall, a great experience in the Garden District. Would definitely stay again.

We loved Tim’s place! I work in New Orleans often, and this is one of the most convenient and comfortable homes I’ve Airbnb’d. Tim was helpful and responsive and it’s clear that he puts a ton of work into making folks feel welcome in the crescent city.

David’s place was clean and comfortable. Everything seemed brand new. Easy access to the building and the unit. Everyone was friendly. David checked in on our stay a couple times to confirm we had everything we needed. Much appreciated. Location was great. Close to restaurants, museums and the trolly (fun to ride to all the sights!) Highly recommend. Thanks for everything!

Host are very responsive and friendly. I had to book at her house last minute due to previous location being unsafe and Brenna helped me in various ways. The area is clean, beautiful, a short drive to various spots and good parking. You can park right outside the house without any worry. Her home was very clean, smell fresh and looked as beautiful as the pictures. I would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay at Casey’s place! This home is within walking distance to a bunch of great shops and restaurants which we really appreciate. Our favorite restaurant, Shaya, was just around the corner! The place itself came equipped with everything you could need for your stay. We loved the set up of the Airbnb and it was perfect for us and our newborn. Casey was responsive to every message we sent, and all instructions were very clear. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone traveling to New Orleans!

Charming stay in the garden district with easy access to French Quarter. Great spot and would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. A bit farther from the city, but close to other things. Uptown is a good place to stay if you want to venture out, but have a quieter place to go home to. The large windows and remote controlled window treatments were a nice touch. It rained a couple of times and it was beautiful to be there for it.

The duplex was very nice. It was decorated with local art and furnishings that really went well with the New Orleans vibe. The kitchen was really well stocked with all cooking and eating tools you would ever need and there were even some beverages, spices, and milk (oat milk and regular!!). We really appreciated that toiletries were all included as well as plenty of towels, toilet paper, soaps, lotions, shampoo/conditioner, etc. The bed and furniture were comfy. Olandra was very good with communication, recommendations, etc. We really enjoyed the stay.

Michael’s listing is in the heart of the Bywater and within walking distance to lots of fun restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and check in and check out were a breeze. I highly recommend the listing if you are planning a trip to New Orleans!

Imbrie's place is clean, comfortable and convenient. We felt right at home and especially enjoyed the very comfy bed and the large shower. We didn't have a chance to make a full meal in the house but the kitchen was gorgeous, clean, and featured everything you would need in terms of spices and cookware. All the kitchen appliances seemed to be new as well. New Orleans is a hot and humid city but the bedroom has an excellent ceiling fan and the thermostat and AC were updated and worked great! The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to more restaurants, coffee shops, bars and breweries than we could enjoy even with 8 days in town!

The house was beautiful - if anything, I feel like it *exceeded* my expectations. Super spacious, lovingly decorated, all that good stuff. And the location was perfect, too; close to everything you want to be close to, but with enough privacy to get a good night's sleep. But that's just the house itself. Jason & Michelle were INCREDIBLE hosts. Just extraordinarily accommodating/communicative. I had a kinda wacky shipping request (due to my line of work/reason for being there), and Michelle wasn't just "okay with it", she was my dang partner in the whole ordeal. Simply above and beyond. I wouldn't just recommend this spot to a pal; I would chastise them for going elsewhere. 6 stars!!! <3

The location was perfect for us, we were in town for Jazzfest. Lenin and Daniel were both responsive and had great recommendations. The bed could be a bit more firm but that is my preference. The house had a fantastic restaurant on the corner, Luvi! It's a quaint and cute place, perfect for a couple's weekend!

Comfortable and perfectly located in a great area! We had everything we needed for a family vacation. The pool and spa worked great and we just took one morning to swim, relax, and visit with each other in that awesome tropical backyard. We had a car so we didn’t need transportation but we did walk to the streetcar one day, plus it would be easy to Uber/Lyft from Gary’s place to the popular locations in New Orleans. We didn’t cook, because, frankly, why would you in food paradise when the local restaurants do it so well, but the kitchen was well stocked should you want to cook. We had fun using the game table, TVs, and sound system. Everything was a hit with our kids who were with us to celebrate their recent college graduations. We would stay here again for any occasion but the end of May was the perfect time for warm weather AND the end of crawfish season which we were thrilled to miss. Thanks, Gary!

Jared‘s place was just as described! We enjoyed how close it was and we were able to walk to Bourbon Street, Frenchman Street, and the Civic theater where we saw a concert. We spent enjoyable times inside the place playing cards and cooking meals. I would recommend staying at Jared‘s!

This Airbnb is just as described and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean, all lights were working (we've had issues at other Airbnb homes with burned out light bulbs), and beds were comfortable. Would stay again!

I really enjoyed the place. It was very comfy and felt like home. The location was perfect and made my birthday vacation even better. It was super close to everything but yet quiet enough. This was our second stay at Will‘s place. We chose to stay there again for a few reasons: it was within walking distance to the event we attended at the Smoothie King Center, it was easy to park in one of the garages that are located across the street, we had peace of mind about our safety, and it has the comfort of home with great furnishings and amenities. Will’s place did not disappoint our second time around!

The place was perfect for a trip to New Orleans with our toddler. The location is convenient for exploring the Garden District, and a short trip to the French Quarter by bus or street car. The host was quick to communicate instructions and answer any questions we had, and the place matched the pictures and description in the listing. We would stay again on our next trip to the city!
