Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in New Orleans

Phil and I have been staying at Louis and Aldonia’s home every year for our anniversary, for about 3 or so years now, out of all the places in the city we have stayed.. Their place is the absolute best, extremely responsive and warm, very kind and understanding if any issues arise. They are very quick to responding. Absolutely incredible. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being so welcoming for us every single year. Can’t wait to come back next year and so forth!

SUPER cute BNB, and with a very welcoming host! The place is so cute, and well stocked with everything you could need. Perfect location to take the ferry to the French quarter, but feel more like a local in your down time. Can't recommend it enough!

Brenna & Nick’s place was the perfect home away from home for our party of four. Spacious rooms with modern conveniences and vintage pieces mixing well together. The decor is thoughtful, chic and invokes the spirit of New Orleans without being too precious. High ceilings with fans and AC that kept us cool in the June heat. We didn’t spend much time cooking to be honest. But the space was welcoming with basic cutlery, glasses and dishes available. Lots of seating. Very close to Magazine Street with its antique shops, eclectic bars, various restaurants and just a stroll away from St Charles for the streetcar. Loved sitting on the balcony during the lightening storm watching the rainfall. Truthfully I can’t complain about a single thing other than my visit feeling like it was over too soon. But that’s my own fault. Hopefully I left Brenna & Nick with a good impression and they’ll have me back as a guest. So I can embrace one of my favorite cities again and again!

The place was amazing!! I got married in New Orleans and stayed here and we arrived with a beautiful card and a little present from the host! The host was so responsive and personable definitely one of the best Airbnb stays I have had and was a huge part of our special weekend!

Michael and Robert were incredible hosts. From the moment of arrival to every communication during our stay. They were friendly and thoughtful and made our first time to New Orleans that much nicer. The space was very nice and clean and super comfortable. A/C was definitely our saviour during our stay! The area was so nice and relaxing yet exciting. Plenty of amenities within short walking distances meant you would never need to leave the area if you didn’t want to. Which would be crazy because New Orleans as a whole has so much to offer everyone! Everything we had planned to do and see was within a convenient 20-25 minute drive max. The food was incredible, the people were so nice and our stay with Robert and Michael in this incredible city just may have made the short list for one of our favourite trips to date. We cannot wait to return and we will absolutely be booking with Michael and Robert again in the future.

David’s place was clean and comfortable. Everything seemed brand new. Easy access to the building and the unit. Everyone was friendly. David checked in on our stay a couple times to confirm we had everything we needed. Much appreciated. Location was great. Close to restaurants, museums and the trolly (fun to ride to all the sights!) Highly recommend. Thanks for everything!

We LOVED staying here! He helped us with our cars, had great recommendations, had a lovely conversation, and overall a great environment to stay in. He even told us if we came back, to just text him! We absolutely loved it :)

Jennifer’s place was a life saver! I’m local and needed a place to stay with short notice and an early check in— she was super responsive and since the unit was unoccupied, I was able to get in early and was on time for an essential meeting at work. The street on which you enter was under construction- about which she was completely transparent— I stayed June 13th- knowing the NOLA street projects, I’d imagine it will be completed in the next week or so…. Almost there! I would still give this a 5 though bc it’s out of her control and almost resolved. The space was super cute, looked like recent renovation, so really clean. Full appliances which I appreciated since I had to empty my home fridge and move the food to hers- fit no problem. AC’s and fans worked great- was nice and cool and it’s been hot! Best of all? It was extremely private and SO quiet- I slept like a log after a crazy day. Bed/linens were super comfortable. Thanks again Jennifer! I will refer visitors!-Mary

Super cute. Close to everything but far enough out of the city to enjoy peace and quiet. At first the location looked a little concerning due to the condition of the neighbors house but was quickly reassured when we met the neighborhood watch folks and the neighbors. LOVED the old, deep, porceline bathtub, and the wood floors. Large can of coffee grounds in the freezer saved a trip to the store. Oh, and the pub on the corner, Eveleines, has AWESOME food. Allso, Monday restaurant and bar is equally good. Both less than 3 minutes from the house. Best Air BnB bargian in New Orleans.

The duplex was very nice. It was decorated with local art and furnishings that really went well with the New Orleans vibe. The kitchen was really well stocked with all cooking and eating tools you would ever need and there were even some beverages, spices, and milk (oat milk and regular!!). We really appreciated that toiletries were all included as well as plenty of towels, toilet paper, soaps, lotions, shampoo/conditioner, etc. The bed and furniture were comfy. Olandra was very good with communication, recommendations, etc. We really enjoyed the stay.

This was our first experience renting an Airbnb, so we weren't sure what to expect. Ray's place was amazing! It was very inviting and cozy. We're used to hotels - you know, the kind where doors are slammed, you got kids running up and down the halls screaming and it's impossible to sleep in. That was not an issue at Ray's. The neighborhood was very diverse and quiet, and sleeping in a little wasn't an issue. When we were looking for recommendations for food, he sent over a list and when we left some items behind, he kindly called and let us know. We can't wait to visit NoLa again and if available, rent Ray's place! Our only concern is that we're gonna be let down at any future Airbnb's because our experience with Ray was just that good! Do yourself and book with him! And if you do, tell him we sent you!

Comfortable and perfectly located in a great area! We had everything we needed for a family vacation. The pool and spa worked great and we just took one morning to swim, relax, and visit with each other in that awesome tropical backyard. We had a car so we didn’t need transportation but we did walk to the streetcar one day, plus it would be easy to Uber/Lyft from Gary’s place to the popular locations in New Orleans. We didn’t cook, because, frankly, why would you in food paradise when the local restaurants do it so well, but the kitchen was well stocked should you want to cook. We had fun using the game table, TVs, and sound system. Everything was a hit with our kids who were with us to celebrate their recent college graduations. We would stay here again for any occasion but the end of May was the perfect time for warm weather AND the end of crawfish season which we were thrilled to miss. Thanks, Gary!

Loved our stay! Very clean, beautiful decor, accommodating entertainment inside, pool area private and relaxing, nice sitting porch. Hosts, very responsive and willing to help in any way. They went above and beyond with providing toiletries, linens, enviornmental comforts ect!

Hunter's place is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Some previous guests complained about the train noise, but this was minimal during our stay and not an issue. Bus is 1.5 blocks away and the bus pass is cheap and easy. Can save the uber for late nights. Plus there are plenty of great eateries w/o heading to the Quarter. We loved it. Might need a new battery in the fan remote and a table lamp in the LR. Also, would be nice to see the floor plan in the listing. It wouldn't work for everyone. You have to walk through both BRs to get to the bathroom. Was not a problem for us. Very clean. Smelled great. Nice backyard space. Comfy furnishings all around. Would definitely stay again. Love this house and its location! The house itself is clean and comfortable with a lovely backyard space. The hosts thought of everything with clear instructions around the house. All you might want to do is within walking distance including the French Quarter and neighborhood restaurants. Would definitely stay again when in New Orleans!

Awesome neighborhood with lots of great food/drink options. Extremely walkable to all popular locations. Loved the high ceilings inside as well as the sliding doors to separate the sleeping area. Very attentive host.

We had a wonderful girl's trip at this property. It's close enough to drive to Bourbon Street and surrounding areas without having to stay in the "noisy" part of the city.

The apartment is just as shown and described. We particularly like the location because it is close enough to the action without being in the midst of it. Michelle was very responsive when one of the small kitchen appliances quit working. She had a new one to us in no time!

This apartment was great. There is a noisy bar across the street but you don’t hear it in the bedroom. It’s beautiful inside and close to lots of restaurants and bus stops.

A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.

I recently stayed at this great Airbnb, and I must say, it was a pleasure, just as it was during my previous visits. The property is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while also providing a peaceful and quiet environment for unwinding after a day's activities.
