Holiday rentals with a patio in Loyola Heights

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient to us since we planned to visit Starcity, with nearby stores. The aesthetic of the place is top notch and great for birthday photos (just like I did). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again! (Thank you Host for the free Nespresso capsules! Hihi)

5 days well spent vacation with this place

Place was greater than we expected it! It was very clean and felt very homey. It being in the poblacion area, I was surprised that it was very quiet as well. Extremely close to the restaurants and bars so it was convenient as well. Thank you! Will definitely consider staying here again in the near future.

When I got into this airbnb, I was surprised because the vibes are very chill and cozy. It is very relaxing and very clean! The view from the balcony at night is picturesque. Her sister and niece is very accommodating and nice. Definitely I will recommend this Airbnb to my friends as well😊❤️

I had a fantastic stay at Ian's place. The apartment was great and ideally situated which created lots of privacy. Everything I needed for my stay was catered for and whatever I needed extra were easily sourced from around. I'll be looking for a return stay on my next visit to Manila if Ian's place is available for sure.

The host is very kind, responsive and friendly. Sent out clear instructions on how to get in the location, house rules etc, very nice since it's self-check in. Upon entering, the unit is very clean exceeded my expectation what you really see is what you get, the location is very easy to find very near to local food chains/ stores and malls and during our stay there's a bazaar on the ground floor you can check them out. We had a wonderful stay! Everybody in the family absolutely loved the place. It’s just the right size for a small to medium-sized group, and the layout of the house is thoughtfully designed so that everyone feels connected while still having enough space to relax. The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The host was responsive and helpful, even in the middle of the night, and never once made us feel like we were a bother. That said, I’d still suggest not disturbing them unless necessary — but if you ever need help, you can count on them. They even went the extra mile by recommending a home service massage, which was exactly what we needed to unwind. From booking to check-in and check-out, the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a smooth, stress-free getaway!

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Love the place, super clean, and they have everything we need. the unit owner is very kind, generous & always responsive. unit is very homey, love the bed, and pillows are very comfy. CR is very clean & spotless. we will surely comeback. thank you so much mam. we really had a great stay here while waiting for my hubby.

Rolando was friendly, prompt, amazing, and an all around wonderful human being. We had a small issue with some ants and his team was there fixing it within a few hours in the middle of the night. I will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip.

Myra and her husband were great hosts, They were always quick to help us with any concern or issue . They were very helpful in accommodating our request to have laundry in the unit going to the trouble to install a washer. Mark was quick to travel at his expense to help us when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The unit was perfect shape and the location was very good for us. Close enough to the major transit roads to get downtown and very close to major shopping malls. The amenities at the site are very good and especially so for those with children. In Manila family spaces are at a premium and satori is very well set up with pools , playgrounds , gym etc I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Manila to become a guest of Myra and mark

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

Lovely reader's I was coming the first time to Manila and I am glad that I have seen QC it is interesting there and you can find a place for winding down. Glyza is kind and helped me a lot as I mentioned above it was my first time in the Philipines and she supported me a lot :D The flat is amazing you have a balcony and a interesting view from there. Additionally, the most important thing is for myself a mattress in a hotel or apartment and yes I did like the mattress and I slept great :) Thank you for reading that comment and enjoy the stay in Manila :D

Incredible stay! The apartment was spotless, modern, and had breathtaking views from the 47th floor. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The hosts were extremely friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. Their hospitality made the experience even better. The place is clean, well-maintained, and close to malls, public transportation, and more. The kitchen appliances are fully functional, allowing us to cook our own meals. Both the room and the bathroom were clean. The guard was very friendly, and the host was warm and accommodating.

Great place to stay for couple.

The place is cozy and a little bit smaller but it is has enough space for two people. The manager is very considerate and flexible. I checked in around 11 pm due to delay in my flight. She was at the lobby patiently waiting for me. When I requested to stay one more day, she was flexible enough to accommodate my request. The people in the lobby are very courteous with friendly and accommodating manager, good location, I had a really great experience staying in this place.

I had a great stay. It feels like my own room, and office at the same time. Internet is faster. I’m able to work without interruptions.
