Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Loyola Heights

Out of all the AirBnBs I’ve booked, Jan’s place is the most seamless and flexible. What I appreciate the most is the early check in option - especially with the fact that our flight is extra early. Everything was spotless and it smells good. We loved the mini balcony design too. It’s walking distance going to gateway, but if you’re too tired walk it’s just around 2km grab ride away. Will def book here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient to us since we planned to visit Starcity, with nearby stores. The aesthetic of the place is top notch and great for birthday photos (just like I did). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again! (Thank you Host for the free Nespresso capsules! Hihi)

We stayed at Balay sa Air for almost a month, and it truly became our home away from home in the Philippines. Nestled right in the heart of Makati’s business district, the location was incredibly convenient—close to groceries, restaurants, and even a pho place just behind the condo that stays open late (a huge plus!). Despite being in a busy area, the neighborhood itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Dione and Joan were exceptional hosts. Their responses were practically real-time, and they took care of every need we had without fail. Check-in was seamless and stress-free—they handled everything. We grew so attached to the place that we actually felt a little homesick after we left. That says a lot. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place was so beautiful and clean!! I love love that its so huge!!! Looked just like the photos 🥰 really enjoyed staying there because the place is cozy and relaxing. I love everyrhing!!! We stayed here for over a week as a family of five, including two kids, and had a great experience. There are three things I'd like to highlight. Location- The unit is conveniently connected to Uptown Mall, making it easy to access a wide variety of dining options and cafés. Booking a Grab ride was also quick and hassle-free. The Unit- The space is generous, with plenty of room for sleeping and moving around, even with our luggage. It was comfortable and well-suited for a family stay. The Host- having a host who is very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions is absolutely a plus. Thank you, Cathy, for being so accommodating and understanding throughout our stay. The properties you manage will be our go to when we return to BGC!

Highly recommended. Heidi and Natassia are both Super host. From booking to check out, Heidi gives us peace of mind. We were treated like a family. Place is very safe. It is clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful especially the guard named Chris.

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

This place was next-level awesome. I’m convinced the host has a secret superhero power for making things spotless and cozy, honestly, I half expected a butler to appear! Every little detail was so perfect, it felt like the place was giving us a warm hug. 💯 The host, Thina! was basically a texting ninja,😂 fast replies, super helpful, and zero “ghosting” drama. Made the whole stay smooth as butter. If you’re looking for a peaceful hideout that’s close enough to civilization (and coffee), this spot’s a total winner.✨ We’re already plotting our next visit, maybe this time I’ll try not to hog the couch bed! 😂

Lovely reader's I was coming the first time to Manila and I am glad that I have seen QC it is interesting there and you can find a place for winding down. Glyza is kind and helped me a lot as I mentioned above it was my first time in the Philipines and she supported me a lot :D The flat is amazing you have a balcony and a interesting view from there. Additionally, the most important thing is for myself a mattress in a hotel or apartment and yes I did like the mattress and I slept great :) Thank you for reading that comment and enjoy the stay in Manila :D

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

Its our 2nd time on Bennii's place and always a good experience. It's clean, great location, and wonder host as ever! I highly recommend this to those who don't have car to go around, surrounded by good resto, groceries and nice malls!

The place is a complete package. Bathroom with toiletries, complete linens, complete utensils and basic cooking materials. It also has a mini fan!! It’s clean and cozy. Will definitely go back!

I had a great stay! The place is cozy, very clean, and extremely accessible, perfect for getting around the area. I especially appreciated the comfy sofa, good lighting, and nice TV setup which made relaxing easy after a long day. It would’ve been a nice touch to have a toothbrush, toothpaste, or some coffee provided, but I understand it’s not a hotel. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this spot and would gladly stay again.
