Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

Udoban jednosoban stan, smješten u lijepom i mirnom okruženju poluotoka Dubrovnika Lapad. Apartman ima prostrani balkon s pogledom na more. Apartman je 150 metara od mora i na minutu je udaljen od šetnice Uvala Lapad! Za dolazak do šetališta i plaže, morate proći oko 160 stepenica, u Dubrovniku je nažalost nemoguće izbijeći stepenice. Sleep in One of the Oldest Homes in Old Town Dubrovnik

This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.
